Terrible. Will hand out cold, already made for someone else burger. On top of that, after spending about $10 on a meal for myself, I was asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for barbacue sauce. I was told that I have to pay for barbacue sauce because I didnt have nuggets with my meal... so barbacue sauce is only used for nuggets? Not only that, a sauce that is typically a condiment given to paying customers at their request is suddenly an item that needs purchasing?? I typically am not the type to go out of my way for something to small, but its the fact that the act of something so small as to charge me for a sauce when Im already buying a meal thats incredibly frustrating as a customer. Mulitbillion dollar industry whos main objective is to satisfy the customer buying food and they have the nerve to charge for me for sauce. With Mcdonals and Wendys both closed know this area this place is the only thing around for lunch hour, as soon as either of those other fast food places open up Im NEVER COMING TO THIS BURGER KING EVER AGAIN. INCREBIBLY RUDE. I spend close to $60 bucks if not more a week at this place. The least they can do is give me the sauce I want with my burger!!

Every time I arrive here , the people that work here is so rude. Even when I go to the drive through they sound like they have an attitude. This place needs to be shut down or at least hire a new set of workers. The food here is great but the customer service makes me not want to come here again. The crew members are not welcoming or friendly to customers and they point at u when they see you in drive through and look you up and down in a rude manner. A situation happened I was at the first window trying to get my money out to pay, And then the lady at second window had stuck my bag of food out the window and was holding it up in the air which I found to be unprofessional.

Been here twice so far. Staff seems friendly and food has been fresh. Pricing error on the menu wasnt honored (would have been free fries and drink essentially). Not a big deal (gladly paid actual price) but should have been honored as a courtesy so it cost them a star on this review. Would certainly go back. Will try to remember to take a picture next visit!

Its Burger King. No longer "flame-broiled" burgers. My son likes the French toast sticks, and I like the ICEEs (neither having anything to do with"burgers"). Fries are usually good and hot. Usually theres a wait for your food, so at least the food is served hot. Clean place. Decent service.

Food is good but they pull the whole "sauce costs extra." Its just annoying when a billion dollar company nickle and dimes you. Ill be going to the Wendys across the street from now on. I hope the 25c was worth it.
