No Customer Service at all the young lady that answers the phone always has an attitude. The older lady is just as bad as the young lady and I thought she will be a great influence to her but you can tell their family. I have to say their pizza is good. I live 5mins away from there order a Medium Pizza at 5:17 P.M. called them back at 6:25 P.M. and they said he will be here shortly. Waited until 6:40 P.M and know one showed up. I tried having patience but when I called I asked them where there Pizza and they didnt know what to say their excuse was that they were busy. But I told them is called Customer Service I believe they should of called me and notify me that I was going to take over an hour an a half. I asked them to refund my money and the manager said if she can call me back to refund my money when shes not busy!! that right there really fired me up and I was upset because Im entitle to get my money back. She had me on hold for 5mins before she took my information down and actually acted as a professional. I felt as if she was refusing too refund my money by saying all these little remarks. I know not to ever buy from here again nor referral anyone to them. The driver ended up calling around 7:00 P.M. stating he was outside which indicates they never notified their driver which once again it proves no communication skills nor customer service. We had to dispatch the driver and I explain to him we no longer wanted the pizza. *Customer Service is always s MUST!

Just your standard "italian" place selling crappy pizza like every other place in New England. Chewy dough made from cheap flour with the least amount of toppings - $16 for a small buffalo chicken pizza they are nuts!! Needless to mention rubbery mozzarella. Man these places must be making huge bucks running 15% food cost. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the kids liked their cheese pizza even though it took a half hour to come out. If it were based off merely my food knowledge they would be eating a single star. Want a tip for better dough? use 00 and give it 24 hours. The sad thing is no one knows what good food is anymore so Im sure this place will be around a while. The barbecue sauce was good that came on the tenders, and the blue chz dressing is decent. step up the mozz quality and the dough and I might come back

Pizza is wonderful though a bit undercooked for our tastes, center is soggy by the time it arrives. We ask for it to be a bit crispy and then it is perfect. This place is pricey but is worth it if you want a good, non-Dominos pizza. However it is just that and quite boring. If this place would perhaps utilize local ingredients or resources and add a surprise or two to their menu, or even had specials, I would order from them every week. I like the dynamic of the owners and staff and they seem to really love what they do.

Let me tell you that I have eaten at many many pizza joints and Hartford Rd Pizza I stopped in on a whim and I was absolutely amazed at how incredible their pizza is.I have not eaten anything else there so Im speaking of just the pizza.By far the best pizza Ive ever had.Fresh fresh veggies,real sausage ect .

WOW THIS PLACE IS GOOD, i am so thankful to be able to share this review with the world. The secert to this fine pizza might be how they hide the toppings UNDER the layers of cheese or it could be how they double bake each pie!!. I am trying a their grinder for the first time right now, i will update later...

Delicious pizza!! Great sauce & yummy crust. Excellent customer service!! There was slight confusion with a bottle of soda I had ordered for delivery. I wasnt that upset by it - things happen. They came back right away with a brand new bottle! I was very impressed!

This is by far my favorite pizza place in Manchester. The dough, sauce and ingredients are always fresh and cooked PERFECT! Thicker crust and a sweeter sauce, just the way I like it! Their house Italian dressing is awesome too! Try dipping your crust in it!! YUM

JEFF-BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED. Living in Manhattan all my life (60yrs) have had what I thought was the best! But this pizza is terrific! Fresh mozzarella. Great sauce. Dough... light as french pastry. Truly a work of gastronomic art.

Some of the best pizza in Connecticut. I havent had pizza like this in a long time. The sauce is excellent, the toppings are fresh, and the crust is perfect - not bland like many places. If you havent tried this place you need to!

Ive tried a few places in Manchester, and they by far have the best pizza! Ive never had a place that uses seasoned ricotta and it makes a huge difference, the dough is fluffy, the sauce is good. I think Ive found my pizza place.

I went here for a quick lunch. The pizza was a small mozzarella and it was an okay pizza. The cheese and sauce were fair at best and the crust stood out as the most enjoyable part. The service was quick enough and friendly.

This place has fantastic pizza. The toppings are fresh and delicious. So is the sauce crust, and cheese. I highly recommend it. Its not cheap, but good pizza almost never is. Im looking forward to trying their grinders next.

HRP is soo good. The people are nice, and the Za is the best Ive had. My favs pies are the specialty Spinach , and the Chicken Parm. The wings are amazing as well. Keep up the good food Hartford Road Pizza :)

The Italian grinder I got was ok, I asked for it heated and it was cold but the most surprising part is that it was $18. Kinda pricy for a sandwich.

Its the sauce. It is an acquired taste. Once you have taste the pizza lasagna and dinners of the sauce you will never forget how good it is.
