Food is ok just had a bad experience working there management sucks only 1 - 2 genuine managers which Id say is Ashley, robin, and sometimes dave cause hed make you do things outside the job description supposed to be crew member but I felt like a Gardner hot summer days picking weeds out the flower bed and one point had me patch the roof what kind of food business makes a 17 year old do that for 20 cents above min wage hire someone instead of saving a buck. does not care for the workers there at all. And dont get me started about the kitchen manager Darlene I always felt like she treated some of the male staff unfairly couldnt take the bad attitude from some of these coworkers everyday, especially when Id work my ass off there for nothing so I found a job that paid me right and treated me right. If were dave or Ashley Id be taking some notes.

Buffalo chicken tenders - when I had them in-house they were fine except no texas toast included. Order buffalo strips through the drive through - strips come dry and only a half inch of buffalo sauce in little container instead if being soaked in the sauce when eating in. Today - drive through - ordered the buffalo chicken tenders - dry tenders arrived and NO BUFFALO SAUCE included at all. Only packets of ranch or blue cheese. Skimpy crummy onion rings so my friend shared some of his to cheer me up about it. I tried to call - no answer. Each time we discovered it at home - not easy to just go back for sauce but the sauce is the point in Buffalo tenders. What is going on here? NO Buffalo Sauce included at all by now? We wanted this to be a good go-to place for us but they are driving us away. Such a shame.

Hi. Went to dq and got the six dollar meal to find out the woman who was at the drive through never gave me a recipt or my change. I found this out after I had driven all the way home and when I called about it, they told me there was NOTHING they could do without a recepit. Let me also stress this place has the worst way to handle customer problems because I gave $10.38 and my total was $6.38 and never got my four dollars back. I am not even being petty but its only good nature you give me my damn receipt. Instead the lady told me things like how do we know you arent holding onto the money? We cant give you a recepit unless you ask for it....what utter bullsh*t. Never eating here again and I hope that lady gets fired...

Horrible customer service!!!! The manager Darlene refused to give my 3 year old son his kids cone that comes with his kids meal unless I gave her my coupon on his bag for a free kids cone!!!! There is no way I should be required to provide a coupon when I already purchased meal that includes a kids cone! It was 4th of July and she refused my son his kids cone! I will NEVER eat here again!!! Ive called corporate and want full refund!!!! DO NOT EAR HERE! Theres a new dq in south Windsor thats amazing and dont require u to give them a coupon for something youve already purchased! Extremely upset!!! Wish I could give it zero stars!!!

DQ used to be decent but its gone majorly downhill. Im not sure if its store operations and policies or just a lack of decent employees. There is always inevitably something wrong with my order. One time I ordered a large fry and got it only half full. I had a strawberry and hot fudge sundae, and received it with the barest amount of strawberry. I asked for a chili dog and just got a plain hotdog. Its not worth it anymore, there are far better places out there for the same price. DQs time has passed.

I have lived and gone to dairy queen my whole life.. used to enjoy the ice cream as well as the great customer service until it all went down hill a couple years ago. Everyone is rude and the ice cream is being made very sloppy. I went to get an ice cream today with my family and had my bannana split literally thrown at me because I adressed the issues I was having with their bad customer service. It used to be a five star ice cream shop now it doesnt even deserve one star.

Usually very good, but last time I got a Reeses peanut butter extreme blizzard and it made me sick. Only other thing I had was the soft pretzels, but I think it was the ice cream due to how quickly I became ill after eating it. I come here pretty often in the summer and this is the first time something like this happened, so Im chalking it up to a fluke. Next time I come Ill update the review to reflect that visit.

I eat here more than Id like to admit, but its definitely a great place to fill up. The staff is always fast and friendly too! I recommend the $5 lunches from 11am-4pm, its such a great value! Plus you can get a coupon for the included Sunday to get it later free, or $1 more for a small blizzard! I have a bunch of these coupons in my car and use them whenever I get a craving.

SOFT SERVE goodness. A good place for a sweet ice cream treat. The drive through is kind of scary because it hangs off of the back of the building (there is a drop off) but there is no where else they could put it - so drive carefully and slowly NO LARGE vehicles. Parking is small and tight BUT you are there really for the ice cream and that is still classic and good.

Great food at a great price... Wait until you have their french fries... Eat your heart out McDonalds, Dairy Queen is coming for you. Parking is situated rather strangely. The drive thru blocks cars in that are in some parking spots. Lines can be out to Hartford Road but the staff is always nice and Friendly and you are always greeted with a smile! Good job guys!!

Great chicken tenders and awesome ice cream. The drive thru is fast. I have never had to pull up and move out of line to wait for something being made unlike McDs or Bk. Even though all staff members are young kids, they really know what they are doing. A+ to the managers for hiring kids with great work ethic, thats hard to find nowadays.

DQ, authentic Dairy Queen foods. I particularly go for the soft serve ice cream. I also love their soda dispenser! :) You can be creative with your soft drink. For me , I like cherry, vanilla diet coke zero, with that soda machine you can mix your drink that way. Dairy Queens drive thru opens @ 10:30, and regular store opens @ 11 am.

This is my go to Dairy Queen, they have brought the service and product back up to their excellent standards of the past. The attendees are polite and courteous, and the service is commendable, the food is very good now too. Indeed they have had problems in the past but I have seen major improvements especially this past year.
