Had to write a review for this to add some insight based on the only other one here. Service here is ALWAYS outstanding. I mean, the people here go out of their way to make you happy, including extra food and even free coffee if you have a wait a couple of minutes for a dish. The guy who typically does the meats is great and every single person behind the counter will take charge of your order if someone else is busy. I love this place because of the people, and the food is consistent and as fresh as it can be for a Boston Market.

Normally, service has been very good but today was the worst I have ever seen it. I only ordered a half sandwich and a bowl of soup. The girl that was taking my order, had to ask me 3 different times what I ordered, the manager asked me once and the girl making the sandwiches had to ask again. The girl that was waiting on me then poured me a cup of soup, which I then had to point out was supposed to be a bowl. The final straw was getting to my destination and seeing that I had no spoon to eat my soup.

The food is always good. Im writing this though is because every time I have been there, the employees are always friendly, polite, & quick. There is a noticeable difference in this staff, versus the competition.

Arrived at 7 30 pm and they have no chickens available. They close at 10. Seems like poor planning to me. Also no longer offer the Mediterranean salad. They lady did apologize so I think it was just a bad day

The food here was THE WORST I have EVER tasted. I dont even know if this chicken is properly cooked. The Mac and Cheese tastes like it came out of a box. The absolute worst food EVER!
