Foods good but if you want a small fry make sure to order a little because small is a regular to them which is a medium and thats what i was told when i asked a manager but then not even 2 mins later a guy walks in and orders and orders a small fry the cashier after having a discussion with the manager ask the guy little or regular but i didnt get a warning or a refund and it doesnt help when they are shove words in your mouth before you if place your order trying to upsell and overcharging that way why do you think i would want a fountain drink if Im getting a shake and hot dog if i asked for burger.

So i heard all the hype on 5guys so i tried it. And...IT WAS FREAKING AMAZING NEVER IN MY LIFE well i make good burgers at home too but FIVE GUYS DEFINITELY BEATS OUT RED ROBIN AND LUXE BURGERS BY FAR. the burgers are made in front of u so you know they are fresh and they give u tons of fries. The burger (which i get everything on it by the way) is always juicy. Freaking love 5guys. NEVER CHANGE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. whenever im craving a burger screw mcdonald burgerking dennys red robin luxe burger. ITS 5GUYS FOR ME BABY GREAT JOB

Ill never go back. The first time I visited them was about 6 months after they opened. They forgot to make my burger so I waited 45 minutes and had to go back to bother them twice to get it. So I stayed away for a while and finally went in a second visit. Guess what? Same thing happened again, they forgot my order for the second time and I ended up sitting for about 35 minutes. If it was 2 for 5 at Mickey Ds I wouldnt be upset, but when youre paying $12 for a burger, fries and coke you expect better service. Never again.

Classic delicious 5guys, except this one did not allow secret menu items (Patty melt, double grilled-cheese burger) AND they mixed up the execution of our order. My wife Chelsea got my* bacon cheese-burger with her* toppings and vice versa. No Freestyle Coke dispenser here. Dont let this review sway you from experiencing theese awesome burgers, just check your orders at this location like its your local McDonalds

They use to boost about their french fries and the amount of fries when they 1st opened their doors. They even have, or use to have a review/quote on the wall, stating something to the effect, "A mountain of fries". But no longer, now it just an order of fries. However, that order of fries, in most cases 2-people can split. (This applies to both 5-Guys Stores (2) in this area, Westfield / West Springfield)

some of the worst food i have ever had over-cooked hamburger that was smaller than a McDonald burger. the fries we so salty and dripping with grease that i felt ill after eating 5 or 6. and to top it off, its priced as if it is some sort of gourmet restaurant. I will definitely never go back. both my wife and son agreed. oh, but they do have great roasted peanuts.

Yeah its good. Its burgers fries dogs shakes and an extra side of Americana. I think the burgers and fries are good not great. My girlfriend and I were also discussing whats next for them? Is there more? Any custom sauces? Something new? Doesnt really seem so. The price is convenient, which is why I go back.

I love 5 guys burgers but the workers at this establishment need retraining or change professions. The cashier tried giving me the wrong change (real sneaky about it). I was the only person there took 15 mins for a bacon cheese burger with no bacon nor cheese and the burger was well over cooked . NEVER AGAIN

Burger was done fast but due to fry guy taking a break no one else could run the fries and my burger got cold. Apparently he was the only qualified to place a basket in a tub of hot oil. Employees are lazy and deserve every bit of that minimum wage.

Great place to grab a burger. A bit expensive and high in calories. Dont like their fries, they just throw them in a bag over your burger and its saturated in oil...otherwise the burger itself is good. Usually can get in and out in ten minutes or so.

So, my honest opinion is that this burger place isnt really what Id hope for. Not the tasties burger, and the fries werent the best. So disappointed that we spent a boat load of money on unsatisfying food. And both my kids and husband agreed. =(

Great place for a great burger and fries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem with any Five Guys is the wait. But that isnt much of an issue if you order over the phone or with the app! Must have if you love a good burger!
