This restaurant has had a history if fires and variable service issues. Prior to 2009 their service was good, my favorite dish was the gourmet Mac&Cheese. It was delicious. 2010 they decided to reservice the place after a fire. Sadly the service sucked. I use to often come here for lunch for the unlimited soup and salad meal at $6.99 and it was worth it. One time the onion soup was served cold and the cheese layered on like a jesus waffer during communion. another a shrimp was served in the soup while the rest of my table all had their orders wrong and the manager took over to be witness that none of us ordered anything with shrimp. Preparing something simple as soup was consistent and wasnt the extent of their failures in service and food. Coupons and free meals on next visit did not help their situation. 2011 I went there on my birthday and ordered the lobster ravioli. It was served with 6 raviolis with some orange sauce and jerky-like shreds of lobster on top that were inedible. Didnt complain while Ii should have. I picked away the lobster bits didnt get my fill at $16.99. I went there again and ordered my soup and salad, only every time since they told me it wasnt available when it it was, but at $3 more after a certain time. Reminding them was only because they didnt want to serve it was too much work to make soup and a salad at 6.99 or $3 more after 3pm. To this day I remind the server that its written in big print. 2012 came along and I was served the Jack Daniels sampler with jerky-like chicken and over curled/overcooked shrimp. While the ribs were ok, the quality was an issue. I did not return until 2013 and ordered the soup and salad only for the onion soup to have little croutons served instead of a slice of baguette. This was three times they did this and another they added more onion to the soup that was raw and didnt have time to caramelize. Salad had little dressing waved over it and since has not had a good selection. I dare not ever sit at the booths or tables and usually stay at the bar area where the server will accommodate as much as possible. Its a slower service than tables, but worth it when she has a smile on her face and knows the menu. I tip her adequately because she always keeps my Dr. Pepper full and asks me how the meal is and with any criticism she tries to make it right. So, if you are looking for a restaurant, go somewhere else. If youre looking for a bar that serves food this is a place, but unrecommended as the service varies and the food will never be as good as it was years ago and even then it was very processed like a lot of restaurants. Keep your wits about you when you bite down on something or order something cheep or expensive here.

I decided to stop in for lunch. Not many people there, maybe one other table and couple people in the bar area. Waited a bit too long to get a drink after being seated(10minutes) but took my order when she did come around. New menu was pricey, but different from the past. I had a specialty burger with pepperoni on it. As I say, it was different. It was cooked through, but waiting was a curious time spent. She didnt even come around to check if I needed anything, such as a refill. She did get back to me and gave me my bill and left without giving me a chance to ask for a refill. I only ate half the burger without a drink. Waited for her to get back with a box to take home. It was too cold to eat and I was still thirty. I waited another 10 minutes and she came back. I asked for a little refill so I could be on my way and have a doggy bag. I gave her a $50 dollar bill, which was all I had on me and figured it would be easier than card. I wanted to leave. Another 7 minutes later she came back and asked if there was anything else I needed. I asked for a doggy bag again and she went and got it before I could finish asking for my change and give my tip. It only took 5 minutes this time. But, when I asked about my change she thought I was "all set" and gave herself a big tip and the register was closed from the transaction. She said shed be right back. I waited 10 minutes and then walked out without getting my change. I hope she enjoyed her $35 or so tip she gave herself. She was quite the wait-ress. I never did get that refill. I should have sipped on the melting ice but she took my cup with her as a reminder what she was suppose to do. I should also note that if you eat there, bring a jacket in if its summer. It gets chilly from the air conditioning. I understand it can get warm in the kitchen and waitresses cant tell its chilly moving around to get the blood pumping or whatever they were doing, but I was cold in a polo shirt.

Today on Valentines Day we were hoping for a special dinner occasion as the day entails and since we dont get to go out much and enjoy ourselves as much as we want. Finishing up our evening upon arrival, the 25 min wait was painful but doable. Once we were seated it took 15 minutes for a greeting and readiness from waitstaff. I knew it was busy, just to long. In general the experience was not pleasant. The mens bathroom was disgusting and flooded with gum huge toilet paper spit balls, a 3 inch puddle on the ground at the sink and to the toilets, with water still flowing everywhere, one sink clogged, and 2 toilets clogged and overflowing. Last time about a year ago I was there and pricing was reasonable and moderate, the portions went way down, and the price was substantially high and over costly. I paid, in example, $15.00 for the combo fajitas and it came with 2 tortillas no lettuce no pics de gallo, less than a 1/4 cup of burnt rice. In all honestly it was not worth the money. Especially waiting close to a hour for food that we ordered but people coming in after us got before us there first. After a hour and some more time once our dishes came out my wifes fries were very cold and a small portion, and so was the burger which was legit pretty small and not what was expected from the menu description, and was highly extensively priced or small dishe disappointed favors and portions. To refill our drinks it was tedious and had to wait extremely long. I would honestly say that my wife and I were disappointed to the portions, quality of service and lack of value. I dont think Ill be eating there, and my wife was highly disappointed after a long wait to cold food. We were hoping on a better experience but had a poor one, hopefully they can get their act together and fix some wrongs, as far as I was concerned I pissed away 40$ and a not great experience. RWV

What a awful experience ! Came to Manchester unfortunately for a wake. Bartenders so unbelievably cold . Pouring light on drinks so they could over- pour for friends . As I witnessed the 3/4 pours of liqour to all glasses to her friends . And as I complained..... ( A martini in their martini glass a little over half full .... . .The comment was : thats how we pour . My wife had her phone (we thought stolen) .and the female bartender could care less . After customers looked for 15 min on our side of the bar . The bartender rudely expressed it wasnt her problem . LATER WE FOUND IT IN HER STATION . SHE PICKED IT UP WITH THE MENUS. Omg !NO APOLOGIES !!!!After ordering more drinks and buying our neighbor a drink . The bartender was as cold as ice..... Icing on the cake . After I paid my tab I approached the manager . My God his attitude was . Whats my problem ? ......U got your phone !!!!Worst then his Bartenders. This business is about CUSTOMERS SERVICE FRIDAYS !!!!!! Take care of ALL your customers !! Only props was to the kitchen manager . She was sweet- heart . The general manager NO CLASS !!!! HE MIGHT KNOW NUMBERS BUT HE DOSENT KNOW PEOPLE !!!!! Hiding in the kitchen the whole night .
