I know that they are new, but still a lot of bugs to be worked out. First it took over 10 minutes to get a sandwich. Second when you order they ask your name and give you a number, when I asked why the number they indicated that they could have multiple people with the same name...Makes sense! But when the sandwich was ready they called my name and gave my sandwich to someone else with the same name (didnt even look at the number)!!! Fortunately I was paying attention and told them that was my name as well, they then chased after the other customer and got my sandwich back...Like I said still a lot of bugs to be worked out. FYI the sandwich was pretty good once I got it.

This was my first time to a firehouse subs establishment. I was greeted with a smile, my order was read back to me and was checked again prior to my departure. Then I tried my brisket and cheddar sub. Amazing, fresh and extremely tasteful. I have a new place to get my sub fix. The food is as great as the service. I would hate to live on the difference. Mixed results here - first time we went (had just opened) got the turkey cranberry sandwich with just cranberry and lettuce. Have been since then a couple times and enjoyed my sandwich. Plus theyre actually open on Sundays(!!) and they have a Coke Remix machine! I recommend mixing their Cherry Limeade with Sprite.

Im very upset and writing this review, my husband got a sandwich yesterday and fell violently sick, The sandwich was pastrami so I request you to remove the bad batch of meat and save others from the same fate. Ill also be giving your store a call as well.

Decent food only after the girl behind the counter got my order wrong 3 times. While waiting we were forced to listen to the staff make fun of another customer. This place could be great if they trained their staff to do their job and not be so rude.

I LOVE Firehouse subs! They make the best sandwiches around. If you havent tried them yet, you really should. They have an anchor app that lets you order ahead if you are in a rush!
