I hope the management and the employees receive negative karma for their behavior tonight. The managers name is Kevin. My girlfriend just called me from this location, as she just got off an airplane from California. Im in California now writing this review. Its 11:45pm and the drive-thru is open and the dining room is closed. Her parents were on their way to pick her up at the airport but apparently theres a huge accident that has shut down the freeway. She took an Uber halfway to this Taco Bell to sit and wait for her parents. Its cold outside. She asked if she could come in, sit and wait out of the bad weather for her parents to arrive. Kevin told her no. Shes now standing outside as we speak in the cold with her suitcases. Shes a 45 year young nurse practitioner who works for an extremely reputable Medical Care Facility on the West Coast. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not letting her sit in the warm dining room to wait for her parents. Wheres the humanity in this country. I am going to suggest to her that she contact the district manager, and even the regional manager. Nowadays bad publicity is not a good thing. Kevin, you can call me anytime and we can discuss this man to man.... that is if you are even man enough to have such a conversation.

Extremely unprofessional. Guy taking order is rude, short, unfriendly. Also had just snubbed out a cigarette as I was entering the building and came right to the counter reeking of smoke like Linus from from Charlie Brown. Everyone working is dressed sloppy, hats on crooked and or half on, soda being drank at will cups just everywhere. I just watched a girl preparing food wipe her nose while going to hear station on the prep line. This place is all around ridiculously disgusting. Zero management in control, zero store pride. Ill more than probably never come back here again.

I went at 12:30am and was told they have to close the fryer 2 hours before close. Everything I wanted to order was a big NO. I have worked in restaurants for half of my life...a fryer does NOT need to be shut down 2 hours before close... unless there are a bunch of lazy employees who want to bust out fast. I will never return. Ive sworn off McDonalds on Elm Street, this wont be that hard. Bad service should not be rewarded.

Something was wrong with my food, not at all at the fault of the employees, and I told the guy at the front and he was SO nice. I didnt do it to get extra food, but I just wanted to let him know something was wrong with the Frills. He went back and checked the bag and came back and told me it wasnt good. He even offered, again, to see if I wanted something else to replace it. So awesome!

I work next door and est2or 3 times a week here staff and managers are all great always fast to get you your order from start to finish they are very quick to offer help and a smile the place stays as clean as the rush will almost they are always busy always making sure your service is the best ........best fast food crew ever

Very good service while I was in the restaurant. I had a problem with the soda being too "syrupy" and the staff was very responsive. They got me a soda from the drive through which comes from a different tank I suppose, because it was better tasting. I was thankful

New remodeled location. Looks clean and inviting. Bean burritos are actually huge and have a ton stuffed in them. Going to have to compete with Chipotle soon so they better start being a little nicer

I asked for 3 supreme chalupa minus tomatoes and they added tomatoes on all 3 chalupas, not only that but there was a HAIR in one of them.. so GROSS!!! Will never eat at this location again!!!!!!

One of the best Taco Bells in the area. Staff is always friendly, and the manager is responsive and helpful. Food is fresh and orders arent typically wrong, even when theyre really busy.
