You cant judge a book by the cover. This is the newest TB in the area and is split between a KFC and TB. They frequently make the burritos way too small and the wait time for your order is the longest of any TB Ive ever been to. It has a very modern decor inside so if thats your only reason for going there be my guest. Otherwise, pick a different TB or go the Wendys next door. Honestly sometimes they have been alright when its not busy and you get lucky with the people making the food. But about half the time they will screw it up. I cant understand how they can be so slow and still make a burrito badly. I mean is it that complicated?

I ordered chicken quesidilla meal, a taco, 4 chicken flatbreads, and 1 bacon-ranch flatbread. Took like 10 minutes to recieve the meal(They were busy so I didnt mind). They ended up giving me 4 bacon-ranch and 1 chicken flatbreat. I brought back and told them they got it wrong. About 8 minutes later they made them again. SAME THING! I went back and told them I was allergic to ranch, that the bacon-ranch was for my girlfriend. I left there not caring for a refund or them to remake it.

The wait is consistently over 20 minutes in the drive thru after dinner hours...I can see 3 people in there mulling around and yet Im waiting 20 or more minutes to pick up tacos. Every single time I go, there is an extremely long wait. The employees are nice, but seriously, for the amount of traffic I see here at all hours of the night they should get their crap together.

Nice-courteous staff & convenient location for families. Staff are able to easily understand vegetarian preferences and customize the order to make it vegetarian friendly. However, dine-in service gets low priority over drive-thru customers. Occasionally, customers had to struggle with trainee cash-register staff. Otherwise, most times : All is Well here.

Awful. Every time I come to this location they always either mess up my order, forget to put something in my order or close before the stated closing time. Honestly I have never had a good experience dining from the East Windsor Taco Bell. They need to step up their game.

Nothing is every seeming to be going well. Takes really long for the food to be ready so I dnt feel as though its fast food and at night um ya I wont be going there. The early day staff is vary friendly though so it makes up for night time a little

Every time you go there theyll mess the order up. Last time we went there, the credit machine was down and you couldnt order anything at all of you didnt have cash. No one would tell you this until you put your order in.

Really clean restaurant and bathrooms. Be careful in the drive through to check your order before pulling away though. Overall I have been here many many times with no real issues.
