Staff is great here, food comes out fast and the place is always clean. Edit: been picking up from this place for the last 2 years, I usually grab a tray of peanuts when I pick up (I eat some of them as I wait for my fries), today a cranked lady yells "maam, you cant take them out the store", okay, I guess, so I just leave the peanuts I picked with my hands for the other customers...? rude. for a few peanuts, will just pick up at another location its not worth the embarrassment

Overall, the burgers here are very tasty for nearly fast food. That being said, the menu is small and I have some issues with the speed. I find that Five Guy fits in between a full burger restaurant and something like McDonalds. The problem is, the time it takes to prep / cook feels closer to a sit down place than fast food in some situations. While its good, its not sit around and wait good. Yes, they give you free peanuts, but how many peanuts can you really eat?

Im not a big fan. They are better than McDonalds or Burger King, but everything is too greasy. The highlight is that they are fully customizable (truelly have it your way. But Id probably pick Wendys over Five Guys. For fresh, flavorful and healthy burgers I would go to In&Out (yes it is West Coast based) or b.Goods (Boston originated, East Coast focused, available just down the street)

The workers dont want to be there, They dont seem to like each other or maybe respect each other. Longest five guys Ive ever waited at. Often some pink in the burgers, and the fries are more than often are soggy and limp. The store is clean, but the food and customer service is inconsistent and not as good as other five guys.

First time at Five Guys! It was interesting. Service was just OK, but the staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was much better in quality than your average fast food and HOLY fries! I understand why everyone would splurge on this from time to time.

They should fire everybody and start fresh. I was put on hold when I tried to call in an order and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I drove to the location (still on hold) and they only had 2 customers in the store.

Very good food but the whole tip jar thing is annoying soon people will be asking tips for McDonalds tips are for restaurants sit down they bring you your food ask if you want anything else not for fast food chains

The wait was ridiculous. 25 minutes for a burger and milkshake. There wasnt even that many people ahead of me. The milkshake was not great.
