I like to eat, and the rewards program and frequent discounts make it a favorite place for a sit down meal. Presenting the free "Fridays" card gets you a free small serving of chips and salsa. I also receive discount offers and receive one reward point for each dollar spent. Ive redeemed these for free burgers, steaks and ribs. We have always found the service to be very good to excellent. The food is great and I never leave hungry. The 2 for $10 meals are a great value. A full size appetizer and main course. There is a wide selection to choose from and the menu seems to have new items added about every 6 months. It sometimes can be noisy, but the restaurant isnt allowed to muzzle the loud patrons. I have asked to be moved away from loud groups and been accommodated immediately. Ive found that sometimes the bar can be a quiet place to eat during the day or early evening. Overall, I think this is the best value and best overall food of all the moderate priced sit down restaurants in town. One thing to remember about any food establishment, eat early. Go in at 4:30 to 5:00 and you will have a quiet dinner and excellent service. The same meal at 6:30 will be a totally different experience. This is true of all restaurants. Eat lunch at 11:00 to 11:30 and supper at 4:30 to 5:00.

The fridays in enfield,CT is an absolute horrendous location! How do you bring out the entrée before the appetizer it makes no sense! I am very disappointed in the way this servers was towards my group, she came by to check on us ONCE and while asking me if my steak was cooked properly (mind you they had to send it back because our server completely forgot about us) she hovered over in a very angry and annoyed look. We stayed a good 20 mins after our food came out before the check came. The owner or manager needs to re-evaluate their staff but this kind of thing very very unacceptable NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!

One of the worst experiences with a bartending staff in a long time. If the art of bartending is to: count your tips, talk to the staff, clean glasses and ignore customers then this is the place for you. Took 10 minutes to get a beer, 4 other people at the bar... not exactly busy. I had to ask for every single thing I got. A pathetic display of understanding the customer service business. I wont return.

We havent been back here too many times over the past 2 years but did venture back recently with some friends. I cant comment on the food because I cancelled our order but the beer I was served tasted like it was used to clean an aquarium. These guys either do not clean their taps and lines or willfully do the shittiest job possible. Beers were nasty years ago and still are.

My girlfriend and I went for appetizers and drinks last night, we tried the endless appetizers. When we couldnt quite finish our appetizers the bartender refused to give us a to go container stating that the "endless " apps is much like a buffet. She fought us tooth and nail over a container. Extremely poor customer service! Never going back.

The Fridays in Enfield was the worst experience. The fries were the scraps at the bottom of the bag. I could of gotten more fries in a happy meal in McDonalds than what was presented on my plate. The drinks were weak and the service was bad. Im highly disappointed.

Been here twice, sitting in a booth at the moment actually, took the server 8 mins to get just drinks and its deader then a door nail in here, last time i came here the waiter and door person made my fionce feel so uncomfortable, this place needs help

We went to the one Enfield Ct. and after we order, she gave us the wrong food then the food was no good it all!!! i will it give -0 start but no cant do! lol. and the supervisor didnt help it all.... wont eat at TGIFRIDAYYY AGAIN....

Terrible service.. Took forever for the drinks, food, and appetizers. There was like 2 or 3 tables occupied and ours.. The place was empty. The waitress was really fast to give us the bill though. I will never go back there.

The food isnt the best, but its my boyfriends favorite place. The staff is usually great and I like the drinks. The foods not too bad and they will make substitutions and really try to accommodate you. Im just super picky.
