Ehhh.. Was expecting more.took 40 minutes which is fine if the food was a little better but no bread or breadsticks to munch while waiting. Went with my sister my daughter and nephew. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap it wasnt really good..not terrible but i thought it would be a little better than dairy queen.. Sister ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo, it was good. Daughter ordered crock pot mac and cheese.. Tasty!! But $17.00 for fancy mac and cheese? Theres no meat in there .. Maybe $13.00 wouldve made more sense. Keep in mind Im not cheap by any means but i dont like overpaying either. My nephews ceasar chicken wrap was ok..but chicken was dry he said he likes the one at friendlys better. Was just expecting better taste than what they were. Had a beer.. It was good. The meal came to $83.00 (with tip) not crazy for 4 people but mac and cheese, 2 chicken wraps, and a 1 fettuccine alfredo and a beer? I think they may think their food is a little better than it is. Ive had better food for way lower prices many times. And i get it..i ordered a chicken wrap how good could it be? Juicy chicken would have been nice and why would an "italian" restaurant not have bread with the meal? Like another reviewer said it felt like a "want to be "4 star restaurant. They need to step it up or lower prices three of our 4 meals shouldve been priced at $13 a piece max maybe $16 for the fettuccine. ..And no i dont just eat at places like dairy queen and friendlys i eat out regularly and know good food when i have it.

The staff is very unprofessional. I was hosting a very important event and ended up speaking to 4 different people 2 days before our meet & greet. Which was approved the owner (they say) months before our event. When I called to confirm to make sure everything was okay no one had any clue of what was going on then I could not get anyone to call me back mind you I was bringing them business. Eventually someone called me back and told me that I was all set with everything that I needed even with our DJ coming in. Then I get a phone call from another person that says there an event coordinator and she needed to know what was going on and she had to call and get it approved by the owner. I said wait a minute I did speak with the owner and this was approved. Come to find out she tells me no that wasnt the owner so I said oh so someone was lying to me this is a very important event. She calls me back and tells me Im all set with my DJ and we have until 2 a.m. the last call. Come the night of the event everything was going well and then she tried to shut me down at 12:30 no Im sorry before that which was so unacceptable and the bar was making so much money off my guest. she ended up keeping it open after I told her that this was very unprofessional. I will never do business with them again and I encourage everyone else not to do so as well because they do not have things together like they should and obviously they lie on job positions in their establishment.

I do wish I could give it at least two stars, but quite frankly, I got my food two hours later and Im hangry. I think if I ate at the restaurant the food would be good enough to warrant a higher rating, however my experience today was so unpleasant that I cant give it more than one. Here are a couple key notes. - The food took exactly two hours to arrive. I ordered around 11:30am to time it properly for my lunch break, and now just received it at 1:30PM. - I received a GrubHub text message 45 minutes before I received my food, telling me that it was on its way. The person I then spoke to at the restaurant at first couldnt find my order, and then confirmed that it had left the building and was only one of TWO orders that the driver took. - Once the driver arrived, he told me he was here and I went out front to meet him. Not a single car or person was there, so I went out back to find no one there either. We literally argued on the phone for a couple minutes about his fact that he was here and my fact that I had been around the entire building without finding him. I went out front again, and there he was. - The wings are cold. Like out-of-my-refrigerator cold. After heating them up and removing them from the puddle of grease they were sitting in, they actually taste pretty good.

At work last night three co-workersand myself ordered from Nolitas, we placed the order a few minutes before 6pm and asked the person if it can definatley be there by 7pm because we take break from 7-8pm and he said no problem. 730 rolls around so i make a call to Nolitas, and asked were the food was. I was on the phone for 16min until I recieved an answer. I asked to speak with a manager/owner and said they will have to call me back, Still waiting on the call!!! Also the thug delivery driver, strolls into our establishment and doesnt say a word, plops our bag of food on counter and stands there looking at us, and we had to remove the reciepts from the bag and figure out whats what. Super unprofessional from start to finish. This is the last time we are ordering from Nolitas, we have had multiple issues with Nolitas in the past, such as missing whole dinners in the order and not following through on promised delivery times. My wife works two buildings down from me and they dont order from them anymore either due to same issues. From reading other reviews, it seems like a common problem. Very poor business ethic and unstructured...Good luck Nolitas, you will need it!!!

Worst dining experience of my recent memory. Saturday night dinner for six. Arrive and a sign greets us saying, "visit the bar for service." Get to bar and told there is someone out in the regular dining area to seat us. No water for the table for 10 minutes, between order and serving it was an hour. It was another 30 minutes between desert orders and serving. Taking the bill was another 10+ minutes. In all a 2+ hour waste of time. From our view there were only two people working beyond whatever cooking staff they had. Where was anyone? Where was the person in charge? The waitress kept forgetting things she would commit to like bringing our drink order. Cigarette smoke would come in from the front door as people would smoke out front. This experience was so bad I wont be able look back and laugh about it and sadly I probably wont forget about it either. I smiled and went through it as best I could as I knew my overly kind Christian family would be appalled if I voiced even the most polite of protests. This experience was so horrible I want my life and money back.
