I called the place and Order orange chicken they sent me Fried Chicken I called and talked to a young guy he was yelling at me saying that I wanted that than called a few times to get the right food he said for me to walk there and Bing the food back in told him. That is live far from there shop they charge me for being me the food the driver was yelling at me for a tip than I had a person from my family call them and they was saying its the wrong food and they was going to bring it to me didnt bring me the food is didnt eat the food is also wanted chicken soup and didnt me the soup to this shop is rude DONT CALL LUCKY CHINA call them if you want the wrong food

I spoke to a guy who sounded young and this guy needs to stay his ass home they suck with cuatomer service. I get notifications on my card when someone takes out money or tries to and my order was 15 something and i got a email they they tried to take out way more when i only had 15.90 on my card left. I told him i have money in there why it is it gettingdenied and i said forgrt it ya must be trying to charge me more and i was right at the end. He hung up on my face n that was so childish. If there real business ppl they need to grt it together so there business can keep on going for years stuipid assholes.

Let me tell you about the attitude on the guy who works there. He sits on his computer and act like youre not even there, many times Ive called and he would just hang up on me. Once I called because I got the wrong order, he yelled at me told me it was my fault then hung up the phone. He is nasty! Plain ol disgusting. I believe he is the son of the owner but he is the one always in the restaurant my God WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Will never go back!

Horrible , I placed an order over the phone. A kid pick up with an attitude. Ask for my order a few times as well my credit card info. When I ask if he was ok, he said yes an hung up right after. 45 min after my order arrive compare to other times I had the worst experience ever. The food taste so nasty.My family was food poison for 24 hours. Will I order again?.hell NO

The food is amazing, its just so flavorful! The only reason I took off a star is because of the little kid who takes your order always has an attitude. At least smile once. Someone could be having a bad day, you know? Other than him, the rest of the staff is friendly and the customer service is okay to good.

The food is good overall. However, some of their employees tend to give an attitude or have a annoyed tone of voice from experience theyve had just because Ive said "Im sorry?" Because I couldnt hear clear enough.
