We ate at First Garden for the first time and had a great experience. The owners were very friendly and helpful as we ordered, answering questions about the menu for someone in our party who has an allergy. They had no problem omitting things on request. We saw them cutting vegetables out of their garden in front of the store while we were there and it doesnt get fresher than that! The food was delicious and not overly greasy the way some Chinese food can be. We would definitely eat there again if we were in the area.

First of all, the food here is delish and the people working there are very friendly. Second of all, they can customize the food to your liking, if you want to add or take out something from your order theyll do it for you. If you want something less spicy or more spicy, theyll do it for you. Last of all, this place is the BEST!! I would TOTALLY recommend you to buy your Chinese dinner/lunch here!

Nicer than most takeout chinese places Ive been to. While a bit pricey, you get a lot of food and the general tsos is VERY tasty, not overcooked or goopy. Also the lady was nice to me even though I didnt realize debit wasnt accepted - most places give you an attitude if they dont accept debit & you dont know that beforehand, not here though.

For takeout Chinese, it doesnt get much better. No credit cards, which can be a problem, but theres an ATM and it is cheap enough that its no biggie. The owners are incredibly nice, too. At one point we actually totally forgot cash, but they fed us anyway and we paid the next day.

Expensive, and the prices found online were way off. That would have been ok except that the beef and broccoli and chix broccoli were horrible. The essentially poured some sort of bottled sauce on top of wok cooked meat and veggies. I can do that. Thats not why I get take out.

The food there is DELICIOUS! They always know what I would order {Chicken Vegetable w/ spicy curry} or { Chicken Lo Mein} This Restaurant is a five star for me!

Reliably good Chinese food, take out and eat there. Your hosts Jon and Pam are affable and delightful. On house dining area is plain, the food delicious.
