Horrible experience I have ordered from them twice already and both times it took them over an hour to deliver my food. This time they didnt even leave me my food because I wasnt there to show him my ID. THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID BEFORE!! I called the delivery person and the guy back at the restaurant. The delivery guy yelled at me and told me i wasted his time and food. The guy at the restaurant also yelled at me and proceeded to tell me that I cant order food for anyone other then myself if I am using my card. I explained to him I am 45 mins away and his response was "too bad". Ive never dealt with such rude people and horrible customer service.

They are solicitous assholes who not only required to show the c.c. but also ID. Than barged in to Apt lobby uninvited. Taping paper menus all over the windows, walls. THAN barged in again on the elevator taping menus. All while Im yelling at this menu Nazi to stop. To top it off the food is beyond Greesy its sleazy. No 1 China palace my Aunt Fanny.

Today we ordered a meal from this place. The driver was very rude and yelling at small kids getting off the school bus. And when asked to come out the car to deliver my food he said No more deliver Chinese to your address you people crazy! Driver very up set and yelling so we didnt get the food we Sent it back.

I loved it you can tell that the food was freshly made. The food taste great and was served very warmed. The employee who answer the phone calls is a little rude by the tone of his voice, but the food is great that is all that matters.

Delivery sucks, the driver called me 3 times telling me he was outside and he was at the wrong address,I didnt case much for the fried rice and the chicken wings were too old, loo mein was good!!

Delovery was horrie took bout an hour nd the food was cold forgot 2 orders nd took another 40 minute to deliver cudnt even understand what the workers were saying. The food is not bad tho.
