We just moved about 10 minutes away from this place and one of my coworkers recommended it. There are 2 other Chinese restaurants that are closer and after we tried them we decided to give New China a try. We will continue to go the extra few miles for this place from now on. When I ordered I asked what they had similar to Mongolian Beef (not on the menu) which was what my hometown place made perfectly every time. The woman said she would make it. It was a huge order and Friday night. She said 10 minutes and she meant it. When I arrived 12 minutes later it was bagged and waiting. She told me to grab a free bottle of soda and thanked me. Very nice people! Only complaint I had was that we were missing an egg roll. Everything had its own distinct flavor, fresh, hot, delicious. My daughter said the sushi was awesomeness.

Bland and middle of the road, you can find much better Chinese places in East Hampton or Colchester. Over the past few years, the quality and service of China Sea has declined sharply. Food is very inconsistent. Sometimes dry and overly salted, and other times oily, mushy and overcooked, you never know what to expect. Customer service is poor as well. The owners young children take and fill the orders and are difficult to understand. Often, orders are incomplete or the wrong size so make sure you get what you ordered before they staple the bag shut. If you have something liquid in the bag, make sure the lid is on properly and is upright. These things are often thrown inside and leak over everything.

I had Beef Teriyaki app and Chicken Fingers app. For $4.40 you get exactly 2 sticks of beef. They were super thin and crispy, almost burnt. The chicken fingers were north of $8 but there was an ample quantity, enough for two people to split. They were also very meaty compared to the beef teriyaki. The breading used had a nice texture and was different than most other places. Id consider revising my review if I were to try other menu options but Im not likely since I live one town away and we have ample Asian food choices.

After spending all day looking for my lost dog I went in this place still crying and asked to put a flyer on their glass. The woman inside refused to help and that I couldnt put any flyer. I really hope you go bankrupt karma will get you!

Great new home for this restaurant. I love everything about this building and the decor, and the food is standard fare. They have tables, but dont serve them--so its not a full-serve restaurant. Come anyway. I left satisfied.

Great place and food is amazing. The owners are a friendly as can be. FYI, it is not their job to keep track of your dog. They have a business to run. Crying about dog flyers and rating them for it is just plain stupid.

Best around. Great taste, great price and the food is just amazing. Its too bad I moved 950 miles away and cant find anything that comes close. Always enjoy this when I visit home. Highly reccomend.
