Outstanding Mexican food and a fun atmosphere. Get there early on Friday nights - no ressies and they get packed. The specials are fabulous - we loved the beet salad. Favorite Tacos: Baja panko crusted Mahi Mahi, and the Seared Tuna Avocado, ginger carrots, sriracha aioli. The two side sauces which reside on your table are lovely. Guac orders are small so just go ahead and order two. The sides are delish (blistered brussel sprouts are a wow) - get 3 and share for the table. Tequila shots are double size, and order the margs by the pitcher. I love Mexican and I love this place. Bill gets pricey as you add shots..

I have only been there once, and even though a little price, it was alright. I want to defend this establishment because some people dont seem to know know how restaurants work. A restaurants kitchen usually closes 30-15 minutes BEFORE the establishment closes. If you are pissed because you didnt know that, im sorry, but thats your own fault. Only someone that is completely ignorant decides to walk into a food establishment 5 minutes before close expecting food. Have some respect, and use your brain.

Walked in around 9pm on a Thursday. Music was loud so we sat next to the kitchen which was quieter...until the 4 snotty Darien young female adults started bashing other girls and we had to endure their crap for our entire dinner. Food was delicious but very overpriced, oh wait its Darien...no wonder we rarely eat out here. Best part of dinner was the $5 opened bottle of water....at least it didnt taste like chlorine...first unlabeled bottle was undrinkable. Go again? Think not.

Small. But thats a blessing and a curse. Its so perfectly intimate for a two or foursome. A party of any larger than that and you will likely be waiting a while. The margs and plantains are my favorite. Even if you sit at the bar just for a nibble after work, you will feel like you are sitting in your best friends living room. Ive had many a stranger and I strike up a conversation due to the relaxed vibes.

Best tacos in Darien. Lots of variety on the rack menu. The guacamole is pretty good too. Try the habanero gauc, but ask for the habanero sauce on the side as its extremely spicy. Id give this place 5 stars but the serving size for the guacamole is rather small for the price.

I have been there 3 times and no issues yet. Tacos are ok but what I crave is the paella mista, & Red sangria pitcher. Perfect to be shared as a couple. Guacamole is great but filing, seating best n most efficient at bar. My total check average $60 for 2.

The greeter at the door was very rude, took me almost 20 minutes to get my food when the restaurant was nowhere near full, when I finally got it everything was so insanely burnt that I could hardly eat it. Not coming back.

I stopped by for dinner after having to drive a passenger from NJ to CT (Uber). The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. I wish I lived closer to CT so I could visit again.

Tries to be really avant-garde, but actually quite mediocre food at inflated prices. I guess the bar for "exotic" food in a boring suburb like Darien isnt very high.

Food was ok, kitchen closed 2 hrs earlier than listed in website, waiter took too long to come back and kitchen closed so no dessert for us. Wont be returning.

Slow service, even on a Thursday. Cant imagine how it would be on a busy Frivor Sat night. Good concept, but needs some work Happy hour M 4-11, T-F 4-7

Confirmed a reservation multiple times. Showed up on time. No table even an hour after the reservation time. Unacceptable.
