I have been going to this place for Chinese food for over 15 years now. I have never had an issue with long waits for delivery or pick up. Their food is awesome. However, they did change their recipe for the fried rices within the last few years and it just tastes like oil and Im not a fan of those anymore unless they go back to their original recipe. This is why I gave them only 4/5 stars. Also, make sure you tell them how spicy you want dishes like General Tsos, otherwise its more sweet than spicy. I dont know why everyone is complaining about times. I just ordered from them for lunch and it only took 30 minutes even though I was told 45 minutes. The lady on the phone was very nice and answered my questions. The General Tsos was delicious as usual, but if you want spice make sure to tell them at least medium spiciness, but was a little dry not a lot of sauce. The chicken fried rice did not have the oily flavor to the rice thankfully. Beef and broccoli was delectable, but a few hard spots in the beef. Egg roll was a little oily, but you have to wrap it in a paper towel before eating it to get a little of the oil out, but the flavors of the cabbage and pork was still there. Steamed veggies was also delicious and very filling with the rice and sauce. Chicken finger were so delicious and hot (the best way to eat them).

They food is good, but I find their lack of concern about fixing their card reader unprofessional and simply inexcusable. I have spoken to my bank (because the first time my card was declined it scared me- having all my savings on it) and they got a report back saying that the zip code was incorrectly put in (hence declined), but when I informed their restaurant of this- they insisted that Bristol zip code should work for all cards. After 10 months of having to argue with them every time I order- Im sick of it. They arent getting my service any more. New Britain is literally RIGHT THERE, There shouldnt be this much of an issue over the zip code tied to my card. How lazy do you have to be to not want to input a zip code after the card information?

I dont know what "Google User" said their food comes quickly because it is the exact opposite. You have to order at least an hour before to expect it any where near the time you actually want to eat. I ordered mild sesame chicken with "extra seeds" and received spicy general tsos with no seeds. When I called to explain the issue I was repetitively put on hold. Finally, I got to a woman who was rude and explained all she could do was give me a $2 credit even though they missed up. Ridiculous. The food isnt that good, so I have no problem finding a new Chinese restaurant to go to.

I will never call this place again. Guy on the phone was extremely rude, not aware of his menu on urban spoon which is a well known app/menu sharing site. I asked for something apparently erroneous on the menu, he patronized me even after I apologized saying okay well forget that I wont order it. So he continues to say "what did you call the wrong restaurant? This is not pizza place this is Chinese." Then he goes, yeah hold on. And takes a different phone order. So I said eff you and hung up. Ugh.

This was the worst place I ever had I called for my order at 630 it was already 730 and I called and said its been an hour for my order where is it she says the driver hasnt come back yet and we havent made it yet Im like excuse me then cancel my order ..my fiance calls back and the lady was fighting him that it was quite an hr because we were 7 mins shy of an hour lol r u kidding me chink ..worse place ever for real

First and last time ordering from here. Egg roll had zero moisture, the inside of the wrapper was not cooked and it tasted a weeks old. Pork fried rice had green peas in it and unfortunately that filled 3/4s of the combo. The chicken with garlic was ok only there wasnt a whole lot. Hot and sour soup looked good but broth had no flavor. Nothing like having to make supper after paying for take out.

Delivery service is slow. One hour after we ordered we called and where told he is on his way. He arrived about 15 minutes after that - the time it would take if he had just left the restaurant. Then to top it off the food was nothing grand. Not impress at all. Order delivery with caution.

Ive been coming here for the better part of 20 years. It is my favorite place for chinese food. They have everything that they cook right in front of you so you know they are doing a good job, and the food is the best in the area. Plus the people that own it are very friendly and helpful.

Not a dine in place at all... unless youve got nowhere to go. The food is between average to on par with similar places. Bang for the buck is where this place wins. Theres 3-4 portioned meals in many of their dinner options.

This place is not good. The rice taste like air. The ribs are dry. The chicken Fingers are mostly breading. Not sure if Ill ever eat there again. And I grew up on this place so Im not a one and done kinda guy.
