First of all they have horrible customer service. I placed my order over the phone and they hung up on me without letting me complete my order. They took over an hour to bring me my food and when I got my food it had a hair in it. I called them back and requested a new plate and she refused to make or bring me a new plate. So I drove over there to see if they would make me a new plate and her exact world word and I quote " what do you want me to do, mistakes happen" so I got frustrated and told her to just refund me my money, and they made an issues out of that as well, her husband came from the back shouting at me telling me that that wasnt their hair. But why would I give back an uneaten plate of food that was already payed for? After going back and forth for about 10 minutes they finally gave me back my money. I had never ordered from them before and had never been in the restaurant. But after going in person and seeing the conditions that they cookin, the conditions they keep their restaurant, and how they treated me. I will never go back nor order from them again. Message to everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Having had experience working in a Chinese restaurant, dating chinese(from China) man and experiencing authentic chinese meals in and around NYC with him and friends, I have a very good grasp on what Chinese food is, and what it is not. Most of what I have tried, amongst the lack lustre general Tsaos, equally bland beef lomein (I cant say Ive had decent Lo.mein anywhere around here though) Ive found the ultimate dissapoint here to be their dumplings, and dumpling sauce. The most notable quality of Gourmet Chinese dumplings is the very stingy portion of actual meat inside the dumbling. A heaping tablespoon is fairly standard, and t least half the dumplings I ate had about a teaspoon. No joke. The second big problem was the filling itself, maybe if the filling were delicious I could have forgiven the portion. It was just pork meads p

Been going here almost my whole life always lived right next-door they upped the price almost the entire menu I order the lunch special to take with me to work and thought it was ridiculous to pay eight dollars for a lunch special when dinner is nine and much bigger I asked him to cancel it he said he cant cancel it and then suggested should I just not bring the food so they want me to give you money and you not bring my food also on the menu says one special comes with soda And they gypped me on that to their food has always been nasty but quick delivery and usually cheap now will never go there again

Just got my delivery and was well overcharged. Called and what I was told was a delivery fee is now being added on - not on my menu or the one they brought . The amount was well over what she said they charge and she admitted it to be an overcharge.
