The best quality and choices of food around, with an affordable price, but at the cost of ambiance and cleanliness. This place suprised me, the food was really good, I would say the best in its class. The price for lunch for 3 adults on a Sunday with drinks was $40. Making this spot the best value to quality Ive ever had when comparing too the other vast amount of these types of buffets. So why four stars? Id give a C- for cleanliness, the floors and walls were just dirty with dirt, food and dust. The booths were uncomfortable and ripped up from fair wear and tear. The bathrooms were disgusting, there was trash everywhere and the sinks were unclean. Long waits were accompanied by aggressive placement of "buffet rules". Every wall has computer printouts of rules, ranging from the 2hr table limit, to take only the food you want to eat, dont waste food. Instead of hanging pictures or decor at my booth, we had three printouts of rules. The third rule was all about children, watch them it said, they are not allowed by themselves. Most of these rules were printed in all caps with exclamation points, and because of this it took away from the experience and ambiance.

This buffet was average at best. Of course they had tons of food as all Chinese buffets do. I definitely expected more variety, and the sushi looked as if it wasnt actively being "updated". I kept looking at my watch, wondering if it was close to closing time, maybe looking for a justification as to why they werent adding on to it but nope, still had an hour and a half to go. The iced tea was surprisingly good, and the ice cream (scoop yourself) was nice as well (butter pecan, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and mint). The floor couldve used a mopping, but staff seemed to be working at keeping the food bars clean. The overall experience was just okay, and next time Ill want to try someplace new.

I wouldnt say I know great sushi when I see but here its pretty good and I loved it. Definitely this place deserves a little more than 3.9 stars on average. But I would have one suggestion to the wait staff, be a little more cheerful and dont hesitate to make a little small talk with the customers. Ive been to this place a couple times and definitely will come more.

The staff and manager clearly dont care about their customers and are very rude to them. Their food is also so needlessly salty that I end up needing water for the next 12 hours. Also, Im pretty sure they do something poor with their food since every time Ive gone, I have felt like death and had HORRIBLE diarrhea for the next 24 hours.

I went to the new one that opened in West Hartford ...And since then I have recommended seven friends and they also agree with me and had a very enjoyable meal hopefully they have done the same....

Coacroach in the chicken platter. Fruit flies everywhere, sushi was good, but come on!! cockroaches in the food!! I mean obviously there will be a bug or two roaming around but in the food on the serving tray wtf!!?? ontop of that fruit flies buzzing everywhere, but i guess they want to fill you with protein...

Ate here 3 time, first time I got horrible diarrhea and was up all night. Second time I just had some fruit and dessert due to the last experience I had. Went there again today and got diarrhea once again. Obviously cant pin it for sure on the buffet but, Ill never eat here again.

Its a reasonably priced buffet with above average seafood (for a buffet). Thats really all there is to say about it. Service is okay, most of the food is okay, theres sushi but they go super overboard with cream cheese in the rolls that use it and the fish is super dry.

Best buffet in the region. Food quality is great. Hibachi is delicious. A little bit of every kind of food. The only lacking thing is dessert. Typical cake and pastery nothing special. Price is very reasonable. Always packed on the weekends. Definitely worth the trip.

I drove 150 miles to take my mother out for dinner waitress was rude threw credit card holder on table after we paid ? Not sure if it is worth taking my elderly mother there again .on top of that the food was cold would not recommend.

Excellent food but when you get your receipt they stand there waiting for you to sign wait untill you are done look at it and ask are you going to put a tip. Because of that i refuse to tip them other than that good food.

Went today. Absolutely a waste very disgusting food. Horrible wait staff.. I wonder the last time the health department was there. Never ever will I go or recommend this place. Very low end quality restaurant.
