I went here with a groupon. The restaurant looks awful from the outside and looks medicore on the inside. It does not look like the pictures they have posted with spreads of plated food, it is all a cheap looking buffet. The service was bad. Our waitress Lina was not polite or friendly whatsoever. She never smiled once and was difficult to understand. The food was terrible. Everything in the salad bar was either sitting out or under a heat lamp. The fried plantains were dried and chewy. The meat was not good either as it was all overcooked. The chicken, pork and lamb was dry, chewy, and lacking in flavor. The red meat was very overcooked with no pink and was tough. The rib was the worst meat Ive ever had in a restaurant. It was super fatty and disgusting. The drinks were good but when we asked our for our dessert that was included in our groupon but we were disappointed to learn that they would only give us flan or rice pudding. Overall the experiance was very negative which is sad because a lot of the pictures people posted on yelp show meat that looks good and cooked well. I will never return.

Where can I start, I bought a 4 person all you can eat deal out of Amazon Local, I had two options there, diner for 2 for U$38,00 with a bottle of wine or 4 people for $75,00 ... on the app it says save 50% on the first deal or 54% on the more expensive one, back to the review, when I got there I had to wait on the bar, with three kids . Because they did not honor my reservation, when I finally got my table the young man tells me that I can only get one bottle of wine ... theyr rodizio is 24.99 so 4 x that is 99.96 ... ok so I still save a bit, the bottle of wine is 26 dollars, but here is the catch, they charge you 18% gratuity on the regular amont for your bill , so here is what happened, my 2 kids ate by the weight , our teen ate a rodizio, so our bill was ... ready for this ? 198 dollars, plust the 75 I paid for amazon ... what a rip off !!!

One guy mentioned that this place is run by idiots, and it truly is! Its really a hole-in-the-wall kind of place thats trying to pass off as a high end steakhouse. At this place, customer is not always right. I unfortunately purchased a Groupon that was basically false advertisement. My waitress informed me with an attitude that they werent accepting the Groupon on Sunday (By the way she said it, I assume she gets this all the time, and rightfully so). I asked to speak with a manager who was even more rude than the waitress. He seemed especially impatient and tired of this request but, it was a just point. Nevertheless, I was basically told "Too bad" and that if I didnt like it, I "could leave and contact Groupon for a refund." I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anybody- Worst restaurant experience ever!

I went to this restaurant because of a Groupon certificate. This place mislead customers charging an 18% gratuity on the bill for the original price when the Groupon certificate mentioned nothing of this. Service was terrible, I had to ask for more food and they only gave one refill on my iced tea, which was $3 and not freshly brewed. Food was below average. Steak was too rare and salty. Other meats were rather plain and dry. Salad bar was decent, however the other buffet selections were not that good and they did not list what all of the dishes were at the buffet. If you consider buying a Groupon for this place, I recommend not to waste your time because they will charge you extra and claim it is restaurant policy. I will never return to this place, it is ran by a bunch of idiots!

I got the deal off groupon. The manager Christina was very rude to us. We couldnt finish all the meat that WE PAID for and they did not allow us to take it with us they rather throw it in the trash then to give it to a paying customer! Very terrible experience not only with us but plenty of other people & the pictures online DO NOT match the restaurant. I am a CHEF & I know how restaurants run that is NOT ONE! Sorry but this is the honest truth!!! Hope they reevaluate management. On the bright side Lena the meat cutter WAS GREAT!

So far it has been my familys favorite place to eat healthy home-made savory mouth watering food. For the $25 "all inclusive" price this is a heaven for you to get as full as you can. Very kids-friendly place. Staff are very attentive, warm and welcoming. And they are sincerely welcoming. You would never see a fake smile and a fake emotion of friendliness. They treat you as a family member even if they dont know you. Wonderful place. Thank you, guys.

The food is bad .the staek very bad the peoples user the cell fine in BBQ all the time. Very bad I never came back. I hate to give one stars, but this place was truly awful. I will never go again. Overcooked, chalky meat that was either really salty or really fatty. Salad bar that was left out for hours and dried out under heat lamps. And our server wasnt friendly/was borderline rude. I cant believe they charge you almost $40 for the Brazilian taste menu considering the quality. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE.

I bought a Groupon deal that included 4 drinks. There was no choice of drinks and the one they offered was horrible at best. The meat was low quality, ex. the tenderloin was full of veins and fatty and the sausage was like cheap polish kielbasi. Not many meats that were available, not like the other Brazilian steakhouses I have been too. I would not recommend

12/5/2014: Was there with my family a week ago, the food was fantastic and plentiful. We got there early, so it wasnt crowded yet, it got alot busier as we left. The servers were wonderful and friendly. All in all a great experience! New favorite place, cant wait to go back and bring others new to this delicious food and charming restaurant.

Love this place. Small but awesome. The food is great and the meats are extremely tender and flavorful. Their food bar is very complete as well, salads, sides (rice, yucca, etc), meat and chicken as well. Try not to fill up on the buffet and wait for the meats if you are doing the Rodizio (which I highly recommend you do here).

I found this restaurant after a flight from Florida. The place is wonderful, the food memorable, and the service outstanding. Actually brought 3 family members there two days later. Everything wasting exactly the same. I highly recommend iD Brazil to everone who enjoys good food and wonderful service....
