Came in at 6:30, they close at 8:30. Obviously they really wanted to go home. Only one type of coffee available. They had shut down the other pots. Pastry case EMPTY... they had already wrapped everything and put it away. TWO HOURS EARLY! I wanted a pastry but nope. They hate their job too much. I ordered a frozen drink but Nikki was too busy flirting with a young man and looking at pictures on his. Ell phone too even bother. Seriously she completely ignored me and my order. Nikki was snotty to me and my daughter. They accidentally Rang up and gave me the wrong size and REFUSED to make it right. NIKKI shrugged and said " oh well" I asked for a card with the manager name and phone number. She gave me attitude and said " we dont have any and WALKED AWAY! I said can you please write them down for me? Thats when her snotty rude attitude really reared its ugly head. Truthfully... there wasnt an adult in the place and the kids working there had no idea about customer service. Gold hill Java coffee shop has WAY BETTER SERVICE!

6 times to date I have been told the store could not make my preferred beverage as they were out of an item...or said it was not going to be restocked, or was seasonal..even though it was on the menu and folding signage had been placed out along the drive through...and people at the drive through vary widely in their courtesy level from ok to rude. Biggest issue must be management in both the restockage and the behavior of employees. My least favorite Starbucks...fortunately 3 others on my way to work so an easy one to avoid.

Worst Starbucks ever! They tried to charge my son 12, for a holiday drink $9.95 because they cant do math apparently. Then when I went to call them on it, they credit the drink and said he could just keep it, as the manager shows up and yanks the drink out of his hand and pours it down the drain! They have screwed up multiple orders heres and mischarged us. Watch your totals here!

Our favorite sbux! The baristas are friendly and personable and always remember us. Their espresso is above average for the sbux that we frequent in COS and (unfortunately) beats the few other small coffee shops in WPK. The location is quite relaxing, too, and central to the town. Overall, an enjoyable experience that we regularly frequent.

Very good location, should be among the highest altitude starbucks Outside seating is just perfect with a very nice view. Temperature was around 35f on a sunny day and they had a little gas fire set up. Fast and good service - up to statbucs standard. Bathroom was dirty. Internet a little slow.

The worst sbux Ive ever been to. The workers are the slowest, more concerned with talking with each other and the customers instead of making the drinks. Thankfully there will be a new sbux opening soon in WP. Hopefully it wont be managed by the same manager that is at this store.

The staff has always been friendly, and positive. They create an inviting atmosphere through maintaining a high level of cleanliness and genuine care for the customer. Tim and everyone at this location have made this Starbucks my favorite coffee shop in Woodland Park.

Food and drink was fine, but I drove 40 minutes here because I needed internet and it was unusable. Luckily I was able to tether to my phone. I helped out a stranger in the same predicament by giving her the password to my phone hotspot.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks we have ever been into. There are always lots of people "working" standing around is more like it, but most of them are not quick to serve you when you may be the only customer in the store.

I really appreciate the patience the baristas have with my order. I have them foam cream instead of milk but they dont fuss about it and always make sure it comes out right before offering the drink to me.

This is a usual stop for me when Im going in/out of the mountains through Woodland Park. Can get crowded and not the easiest to get in/out of but its a Starbucks so its not bad.
