If you wish to get a 5 dollar (with your own travel cup) cup of coffee and an uncomfortable expectation that you are supposed to then tip for a pretentious counter person filling it, then this is your place. Lived in Congress Park since the Diedrich days and comparitively its a joke. Two stars only for the quality of the coffee.

If you want a $7 burrito and a $7 coffee, and pay extra for salsa, then you can sit with some lookalike men with shaved heads, beards and sandals sitting next to to their man purses and laptops. The food is ok but its just reheated stuff they bought elsewhere.

Some different options than your run-of-the-mill coffee shop. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. I have patronized this location when it was a Dazbog, then Genesee, hope Downpours sticks around for awhile.

This is a great coffee house. The drinks are wonderful hot or cold. The bacon breakfast burritos are awesome, absolutely awesome. This place is a great mix of people meeting up and people working solo.

This is my favorite coffee shop on Tennyson. The espresso is perfect, baked good are amazing, and breakfast burritos satisfying. This is also a great place to get some work done.

Downpours is an eclectic coffee shop in the Tennyson St. area. They offer simple yet delicious burritos and delicious coffee. Definitely a worthwhile place to stop for coffee.

Nice place and good coffee, but the WiFi is terribly slow. I measured it at about .5mbps down and even less up. If you plan to work and use Wifi, try somewhere else.
