Only a few baristas make a consistent drink at this location. I just went to the drive thu- I specified that I wanted NO whipped cream on either of my drinks. She repeated my order correct but then put whipped cream on both drinks. Ive been a barista for years and its not difficult to remember something that simple (especially when you have one customer..not a dozen at once). Plus my drink has a weird taste that I can only compare to a rubbing alcohol flavor, I dont know what happened there. Id rather spend my time and $10 at a local coffee shop.

Long lines, long wait, inconsistent product. I recently moved to this area and have been going to this store for the past two months. I hate leaving bad reviews but after a 60 day sample period this is the worst Starbucks Ive been to. I get a different version of the same drinks each time. And the window staff is constantly apologizing for wait times. This goes up the ladder to training and efficiency. Its clearly a management issue.

Friendly staff, about average service, seems theyre understaffed, the seating layout needs significant improvement since it feels a little sad comparing to other Starbucks locations. The parking lot and accessibility are definitely plus here

This has to the nicest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is great there and they always go out of there way to make sure I am always happy with my service. Keegan and Debbie are two names I can remember and they are terrific.

Thoughts on Starbucks as organization aside, Ive received good, mostly consistent service, food and drinks. A little slow sometimes which is weird cause I only will go to SB if it looks reasonably quiet.

A perfect Starbucks location. Very fast service both inside and with the drive thru. A wonderful staff. Nice mountain views too. And the coffee, (takes a sip) ahh delicious as always.
