I will never go to another Starbucks again after the experience I JUST had there. I was there with my service dog at a disabled table and I had a man freak out when my dog sniffed him because he "needed to concentrate" on some computer crap he was doing. He told me the we needed to "stay out of his space" and "move chairs." I informed him that I was disabled and sitting at a disabled table (it was marked as such) with my SERVICE DOG. When I got angry I raised my voice *as I was leaving* because obviously the staff did not care enough to do anything even though my elderly mother and I had just gotten our drinks and wanted to sit and enjoy them. I didnt even yell, I just caused a fuss - no one has EVER been that rude to me or my dog, or my mother. Instead of being decent to us I was asked to keep it down by the staff AS WE WERE WALKING OUT because of this man, yet no one had a problem with him. I am disgusted, disappointed and will never set my disabled feet it in another Starbucks again, especially this place who wont even stand by discriminatory policies. Edited to add: I was called by some manager like the district manager and he basically had nothing to say. You could tell someone MADE him call, but he certainly wasnt trying to retain customers. They obviously dont care if they lose two... what is two customers when they are the largest coffee chain out there... We havent been back to a Starbucks since and we wont ever again. We go to Caribou Coffee even it it is out of the way because they have better coffee anyways. Starbucks was a bit more convenient, but abhorrent when dealing with disabled customers. I hope the computer man feels big and empowered now. Starbucks is all his.

I will never come to this location again, and even rethinking my overall patronage of this company. I asked for an easy drink. I was the only one there. All I wanted was a iced drink NO ICE. Then the drive thru gets two, maybe three cars. There are two guys running the store. My cashier made my drink hot, the first time. I thought maybe he just decided that since i wanted no ice to put it in a hot cup. That would have been fine, but he still made it hot. I said I wanted it cold but no ice. He looked at me like I was the one who made the mistake ordering. No. I even re-stated I just want it cold with no ice. He made it again WITH ICE! I should have made him make it again, but he didnt want to listen the first or even second time. Why continue to waste my time? He didnt even thank me for coming in, or apologize for the mess up. I also ordered a pop tart and asked him to heat it up. Part of that broke off and didnt make it into the bag.

In the morning coffee rush, just walk inside. It will save you a lot of time and gas. I often enjoy walking in to the store, walking straight up to the counter and completing my purchase before the poor saps at the drive thru have ordered. I even had time to take a picture of the line as I walked back to my car.

Its a Starbucks, guy. You know what youre getting. Slap on your Uggs and your leggings and mainline a Midnight Mint Mocha until youre numb to the pain of pursuing that Art History degree. And forget the novel, youre not that interesting anyway, just drink the Midnight Mint Mocha, available for a limited time.

OK store, 3.5 stars would be more like it. Not the fastest, not the most friendly, but coffee is good and the pastries are fresh, comfortable seating arrangement to read a paper. If you like dark coffee, try the new Tribute blend. So dark, sooo smooth.

Not bad, but the vibe is very down typically and a couple of the best baristas recently quit so its gone way downhill. The store is old and is run down compared to others. Its essentially just another drive thru coffee shack. Avoid.

Can not get an order straight waited 5 minutes. Got our coffee waited for scone, then girl at window got an attitude because scone was a whole separate order and had to pay twice to get my entire order?

Busy Strabucks in a busy outdoor mall. They do a great job keeping up with the volume and the staff is pleasant and friendly. Its Starbucks and you get the standard Starbucks fair.

Bad service and slow. SLOW...GOT my order wrong (gave me a hot mocha, instead of Iced Americano). Have had 2 Breakfast sandwiches in 2 seperate trips be cold.
