First thing I wanted to say is I know a lot of people always leave reviews to make complaints well I feel that all of these people at this Starbucks deserve to know that they have great customer service I love going to the Starbucks over any other Starbucks I have been too they all make me feel special they know my name and my order and theyre just super friendly high five to you guys ♡

Drink were made correctly. And with fresh steamed milk. Staff was pleasant enough but no real engagement with customers. There was a little trash on the floor in front of bar. The trash container was stuffed to the brim and i saw no other recrpticle for trash, not even outside. The rest room needed supplies. There were two partners that were visible, and there was no line.

You always know youre going to get a good coffee because its Starbucks. But this location has some of the worst customer service. Not only do they act like they just rolled out of bed and are extremely burdened to be there and serve you, but theyre mean to each other in front of guests. I only come here because of convenience.

This is the worst Starbucks. Terrible customer service and just plain rude. The two girls that were working werent even paying attention to customs and actually turned their backs to us and started talking to each other. I will NEVER go back here. Management needs to do better than this.

I ordered a large size tea from a flappy hair rude casher. she stared at me rude, then the other lady gave me a small size tea. i just gave up it is just wasting time and money. terrible service. saturday girls are nicer

Id give them 0 stars for my last visit. It took over 20 minutes to get a cafe americano...and she served and completed 6 other orders before mine...and they all arrived after me. I will never go there again!

This starbucks has the worst customer service I have ever had, not to mention messed up one of th3 drinks that was supposed to be iced and it was hot so they threw ice in and it was disgusting!

The service at this starbucks is a total crap shoot and the location is really inconvenient. Its frequently hard to find a parking spot and get in or out of the lot.
