I havent actually been into the place and thus cannot tell you anything about ambiance, but I have had large orders delivered to our house from this place. Most of their food is really pretty good. None of the "hot" food is more than medium in temperature. They use too much American filler like bell peppers and celery for my taste, but all that said, they are really quite good. They have a nice diversity of choices. The General Taos chicken is tender and not overcooked like it is many places. The scallops were not overcooked. The veggies in everything but a garlic shrimp dish were not overcooked to the point of being limp. The flavors were good and the delivery time was very good even with a very large order. Their prices are in the 7-10 range for dinner meals, and for that price, I feel like it was very good food with a large diversity of choices like scallops and duck to go with the usual chicken, beef and pork.

The manager and customer service. I ordered dinner at 6 pm and it gets here at 7:30 pm. After an hour I called them she said its on the way now. At 7:30 when we got the food (at my 6 year olds bed time and sge was starving) I called ask for the manager. I guess it was the receptionist. I told her they should offer a discount for it being so late and cold. She immediately started yelling at me said she was sending the driver to pick it up. So if you want good food at same price and good customer service go to YP Hello and this is on a Tuesday night.

I order from here all the time. they are very accomodating, they let you take out certain veggies if you dont want them, and the meat to veggie ratio is about one part meat to two parts veggies, at least in the beef dishes i have ordered. the paper wrapped chicken is kind of amazing, while really really greasy it is super yummy! the dumplings are good, as are the "crab"wontons. mooshu is good as is the tofu. They are always extremely quick with delivery and reasonably priced. typical american chinese food but better than most.

I have been a faithful customer for years to this place and I called to order a delivery tonight and they told me that my delivery address is outside of their delivery area! Only because they are to busy. I live exactly 2.8 miles from them and they have never had a problem delivering to me before I tip extremely well because I am in the industry and get it but all of the sudden the customer service sucks! Ok. New canton! No more business from me or any of my friends that I have recommended to you. BS!

Absolutely LOVE the food but they would not provide me service because I wanted noodles instead of rice they wanted to charge and extra 4 dollars. So I asked to speak to a manager and I got hung up on. Called back numerous times and she just kept hanging up. Very disappointed Now =( we use to order here at least once a week. My advice dont ask for anything special or they might hang up LOL. wow!!! Bad customer service and very rude employees

Get the chicken in garlic sauce, mix thoroughly with regular fried rice, and eat on fried wonton wrappers. Its amazing. Its my favorite food. Im not that big of a person, but sometimes when I get it, I go through most of it in one sitting, and have been known to get sick from overconsumption. Its so good its hard to put down.

If this could get zero stars that is what I would give it. There are only about 12 choices total and they were terrible. They charge for children one and up. $7.95 for an adult at lunch. When we left we had to go somewhere else to eat. Plus the manager was very rude when we tried to talk to her about it.

Food was ok. Lettuce wraps were pretty good but overall I was disappointed. I took a bite of the sesame chicken and vomited. I had the worst gas and had to take GasX but it hasnt rlly worked yet. The egg drop soup smelled like my farts. I did eat the food though.

Food is excellent! Staff is friendly and professional! Open good hours, and parking a snap. Prices are reasonable. My Wife loves to go here on date night. Would highly recommend trying it out. Also, there is a great gun shop next door to boot.

I have been going to New Canton for almost 10 yrs. I have gone with large groups, with just one other person, and frequently pick up food to go. They have always had wonderful food and wonderful service!

Food was good, service was slow & now if you want soup, you have to pay extra for it. Soup used to be included with your entree. I think they have new owners. I didnt recognize any of the staff.

Ordered egg foo young which came in a single container of three pieces so barely any room for gravy, and m moo shu beef pancakes that came with no plum sauce ruining the entire experience.

Just amazing. Sesame chicken is the best Ive had. Others I take there say the same. Vegetable lo mien and hot & sour soup are money. A place definitely worth a taste
