Im flagging on the rail crossing on W Miller St & N Ridge Rd. On my break I use my partners phone to call in a delivery order. I gave them the number to my phone which was charging. They asked for an address. I gave the cross streets and explained why I gave that for an address. The person then got someone else. They asked for an address I gave them the address of where I am working at. Then they asked for my phone number again. I gave them my phone number. Then I was told they can not help me because the number I gave did not match what was on there caller id. Ten minutes of trying to explain why it is not a house and that I am working. Only to be told that the number I gave did not match what was on the caller id. The first person was did her best. The person she got to help her was rude. If thats how they treat people over the phone trying to get a delivery order. I can only imagine how they treat customers that dine in.

Ive been going here for 13 years. The delivery is always on time. The buffet is small but the food is tasty. It hasnt changed at all in 13 years. Recently the price has gone from 5.50 to 6.50. The staff has always been nice and friendly. One of the waitresses opened her own restaurant a few blocks down which we support as well. I give it 4 stars because after 13 years they have never tried anything different and new. The decor has always been the same and they tend to take a long time to refill the buffet. It needs a renovation and new theme.

New China doesn’t offer a vast buffet selection. But what it offers is tasty and the price is right. At $5.50, their lunch buffet will fill you without bankrupting you. The hot and sour soup was sufficiently peppery and tart without being overwhelmingly so. Their Szechuan dishes kick, but don’t kick so hard that they knock you over. The restaurant is well-lit and pleasant and the staff is courteous and attentive. Not a bad lunch, and enough variety to suit all but the most jaded of palates.

Oredered General Tso chicken to go. Got home and the 1st bite was like chewing plastic, no chicken at all, just a covering around some mush. Threw it all away. I later felt kind of nauseous. Shortly after this experience I saw one of the local TV stations gave them an F on an inspection. Something like 13 major violations. One picture showed nail clippers on the stove. Gross. I live real close but will never go again. I would rate 0 stars, but it wont allow it! Bill

We ordered 3 meals from this place. They were all nasty! I was visiting my parents on the weekend of 12 March and they decided to get some Chinese food from this place. They have been going there for several years. This time we had it delivered. The delivery was fair at best. Food was really gross and tasteless. The rice, well it was soggy and zero flavor. The worst part about this experience was that we all got sick.......... Will never eat there again!!!!

They arent especially authentic or spectacular in any way, but for the price, you get good food with the vegetables not overcooked. They use some very non-traditional things that are cheap, like bell peppers and celery, but they do at least have a variety of traditional veggies mixed in like pea pods and water chestnuts. Overall pretty good, but not worth a trip across town.

The staff is very friendly and accomidating, but unfortunately the food is terrible. My orange chicken was bland and tasted like sweet & sour sauce from McDonalds, the fried rice tasted like an ash tray (seriously), and the egg rolls were obviously some cheap frozen brand. The hot & sour soup however was pretty good. Sorry to say I wont be ordering from there again.

Above average quality American Chinese food for low prices. The portions are huge. Most Chinese food restaurants are all the same, passable get-the-job-done, when it comes to their food. This place is a notch above because its cheaper, tastier, and bigger portions. Just keep in mind at the end of the day its still greasy, American-made, Chinese food.

the only good thing was the egg soup and sweet chicken. Other then then that it was the smallest buffet ive ever seen. I couldnt enjoy myself cause that old lady was staring at me. Seeing what I got and how much i was eating. plus I felt forced to leave cause she pushed the bill on me half way through my first plate.

We had good food delivered and then went to the restaurant LOVE IT. Good price, good food, good portions. I have lived in san francisco and this doesnt compare but I have had in Co. would highly recomment this place. Owner called me back saying she over charged me and I thought that was cool

The family here is very quick and friendly. Def deserved their tip. The lunch buffet is super small. Food is well cooked just bland flavor but well cooked. Price doesnt really reflect the portion tho. Very small bowl of rice. For 15$ I would like more rice and better flavor.

Worst. Food. Ever. I cant cook well but could have made better food at home. Everything appear to have been frozen and microwaved. The sauce was gelatinous when it should have been much thinner. Decor was dirty, old and dated.

I havent seen a place that serves Lake Dong Ting Shrimp in a long time. Its my favorite American Chinese dish. The Hot and Sour soup has the right flavor, but I prefer it to have more chunks. Good prices. No beer.

Very good food, nice people and great prices. Smaller size restaurant, so limited buffet choices. We will return every chance we get. Best value for any buffet restaurant I know.

I love this place. They say 30-45 minutes for delivery but its more like 10-15 minutes. The food is hot and fresh and you get a lot of it. This is our go to for Chinese.

Combination Lo Mein is good, The rice needs some work, sesame chicken is hit or miss. Needs more selection. If they made coconut shrimp this place would do better.
