Great food, if you go at the right time. I love grabbing lunch during the work week, and often times our entire office will order. Their egg rolls are the best Ive had, and everything else Ive tried there is tasty. The staff are supper friendly and really helpful. Always smiling and making sure you are well taken care of. A friend went there during the evening though, and the food wasnt nearly as good. They have two chefs, and man and a woman. The woman cooks during the day and she makes it best, so shoot for lunch time. Their lunch specials are great too, enough food for two meals, at $7. Or you can do their buffet, which Ive never tried, but Ive heard is great as well. Edit: Had the buffet, its great, only Chinese buffet I will eat.

We ordered delivery on a random Tuesday night. Frustration settled in quickly. We were quoted 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, and the food didnt show up until nearly an hour and a half later. The driver was courteous, thats about the best I can say for their staff. We opened our delivery and found out we had been stiffed two orders of crab cheese wontons. After a total of four phone calls to the restaurant and one hang up, we didnt get the wontons, nor did we get the credit on the missing food. Speaking of the food, we all have had better. The sesame chicken tasted like orange chicken, the twice cooked pork was almost entirely veggies, and the Mongolian chicken barely had enough chicken to actually find amid all of the onions.

Very Poor experience, got charged twice for my order which didnt make sense my order was $25 and some change and I got charged the second time of $35 and some change and they didnt want to make me a paying customer happy by giving me a credit for my order or even partial. Not even a credit for next time I ordered just that I had to wait 24 hours to see what the banks said. The lady that answered was very rude and hung up on me and was yelling at me on the phone saying to never call back and just really unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone, and would advise people to not order from them!!

The owners and staff are warm and personal, the food is delectable, and the variety is... well... its varied! This is a place my beautiful bride has adopted as her home-away-from-home to peacefully write her essays, be welcomed as a southern houseguest, and munch on mouthwatering sesame tofu. She doesnt even usually particularly like tofu, its just that good! Theyre careful enough in the kitchen as well, so that her allergies never bat an eye at the gift-in-edible-form. I love the typically-seen Chinese offerings and have yet to find one I am not enamored by! Thank you Lu House, for being in our backyard!

Wonderful experience, the service is traditional Chinese, a family business it is run like a friendly village restaurant. My family and I were there on a Sunday afternoon, about 2:00 p.m. everything was hot and delicious(except desert)perfectly delicious. Desert was something I have never tasted before, it was a square of what looked like chocolate layer cake and tasted like coffee mouse. There were also squares of Mango and Cherry, or Strawberry, either way it was great. Have to make this a permanent stop on trips to Denver.

Reallly delicious Panang Curry- great veggie egg rolls, and my work buddy said his Sesame Chicken was yummy too, but they forgot our soup!!! I am a Hot and Sour soup enthusiast...so sad times...and with delivery and tip...it was unfortunate. I tried to chase after our delivery man as soon as we realized, but he pulled away too quickly. I called the restaurant and they said they would give us a credit and hung up shortly there after....so well see what they say when I call in next time. It is worth another try.

WOW, I Just went there the night before thanksgiving The ladys in here have to be one of the nicest kindest people I have come across in all of my years. The egg rolls are made fresh and the veggies are piled high. This is much much better then purple ginger fusion (some things dont need fusion). This is the kind of place I like to have around close to where I live. I will be going back and telling all my coolest friends about this. Oh and the sweet ribs have somthing very special about them.

We have been to this family-owned restaurant several times for their lunch buffet and the food is always fresh and tasty. The service also is consistently great with friendly waitstaff that are very accommodating. The only downsides are that the buffet is smaller than most Chinese buffets and there is no ice cream, but the quality of everything on it is good and you wont leave hungry. Despite its size and location, this is one of the better Asian buffets in the greater Denver area.

This was our first time ordering and we will never order here again. When we got our delivery, one of our entrees was completely wrong and when I called back the lady was very argumentative that they had done nothing wrong. I ordered chicken chow mein (CRISPY NOODLES) and I got what looked like chicken soup! When ordering the lady even confirmed that I wanted CRISPY NOODLES. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and I am disgusted with their food.

The owners are very nice but the dishes are kind of so-so. And oddly enough, the steamed rice tastes a little weird. I thought the portions were big, but there were more big, chunky pieces of cabbage than there was meat, so it was kind of a draw. The price was ok but not great. Ill probably try some other Chinese places before I go back to this one.

I dont usually complain but I ordered at 5:30 and they said 30 minutes to an hour. So I wait for an hour and 25 minutes and I call them. "Oh we very sorry. Big something happened. Please give us 15 minutes thank you. " She then hung up on me then I waited for another 30 minutes before I got my food.... piss poor at best.

Food was meh-, would not order again. Driver was 20 minutes late, lost and a bit weird. Our addresses are clearly posted but she was standing, confused, in front of my neighbors house, I had to call out to her. Not sure where all of the great reviews came from, food is all sweet and mostly tasteless.

Ive been going to Lu House for a while now. And they NEVER disappoint. The food is always good, the people are always pleasant and the prices are very reasonable. The lunch buffet has just the right amount of selections; not too small and not overwhelmingly large. If you like Chinese food, youll love Lu House.

I frequently order vegetable fried rice and veggie egg rolls from this place - I enjoy the food every time! Also the staff are very friendly and hospitable. Frequently the person putting together my order will add extra egg rolls for free, which is totally awesome

Their lunch buffet serves up a variety of quality items and does it in smaller quantities and keeps items coming out freshly prepared as they run low. Check their steam baskets for extra items not typically found at your average chinese lunch buffet.
