Posting on my husbands account: Having been a waitress, a catering business owner, and a Certified Licensed Food Handler Manager I know what I am talking about... So pay attention! My family wanted asian food and so because I had ordered takeout from here several times before and it had always been good so we chose here. When I first walked in I noticed an odd stench. I should have just walked out at that point, but we decided to sit down anyway. When we first sat down we noticed the table was sticky. We asked the waitress about it and she told me it was because it had just been waxed. Waxed? Really? You wax your tables? Because with the two eyes in my head I can see the goo buildup on the table. There is no such thing as table wax especially for a public restaurant as that would be a health code violation where it would create a surface that could breed bacteria and collect other debris! Any chemical used on an eating surface would have to comply with food safety and there is no such product. They are just lying lazy people. I ordered my food without onions and I got onions. Not surprising, this happens many places. Clearly the waitress DID write it down, but this was not a concern for the chef... Again another health code violation as if she was allergic it would have been a serious problem. Nobody can seem to get this one right. My child also ordered a soda and it was forgotten. So I was trying to flag down the waitress to let her know and I couldnt get her attention because she was too busy sitting and chatting. When I finally got the soda for my child the glass with ice that they delivered had a film on the bottom. And when I let her know about the onions her response was "did you tell me you didnt want onions" I responded that I had asked for no onions and that I even saw her writing when I said it otherwise I would have repeated it. So, instead of owning up to any of the places they went wrong they made things up and/or blamed me for not asking. Now everyone has their off days, and I gave these people EVERY possible opportunity to actually correct their mistakes (if they genuinely were oversights) but these people werent concerned about changing anything. So please do not think I am just some pissed off customer who had a bad day. They simply wanted to lie to me as if I am some idiot who believes every excuse they tell me. If they want a good review then need to get off their butts, stop chatting with each other, stop lying and making excuses, treat customers with respect, and clean your damned restaurant! Dont make BS excuses! Seriously this restaurant will make someone sick. You dont have to believe me, walk in there yourself! Take one smell and then judge for yourself before you order. Do what I should have done and walk out. I would not go back here!

This place is great. The waitstaff is awesome, and somehow the waitress we usually gets remembers us out of the mass of people that come here. In fairness we have eaten here dozens of times, but after our son was born we slowed down. After not being here in about 5 months we showed up with our son. The waitress said "I figured you hadnt been here for a while because he was born." I "tested" her and said "well do you remember what we order?" as a joke - she replied "You get a large 5, your wife gets sesame chicken usually, but it varies" - spot on. The Pho (all I ever order here) varies from great to pretty good. The broth is always great, with occasional problems with the meat being tough. Occasionally the meat is so tough (only certain cuts) as to be inedible, but that is rare. The sesame chicken (what my wife almost only orders) is fantastic, and reliably fantastic.

Since we have found Pho Dong Huong we have ordered from here at least every other week sometime once a week. We have always order delivery from here, have never ate at the resturant itsself. Delivery seems to take about 30 - 45 minutes depending on how busy they are. The delivery guys are always nice and have a smile. The on line ordering is really easy too. This IS THE BEST take out Chinese and Thai food we have found! It always arrives fresh and hot. The veggie pad thai is our absolute favorite. The sesame chicken is really good and still have a nice crisp to it when it gets delivered, not soggy at all, and the crab cheese wontons are a guilty little pleasure of ours. Every time we order we try at least one new thing and everything we have tried has been very good. The portion size is really nice as well. We are always full, happy and have leftovers.

Ive been going to this place for a couple years now and theyve always been one of the best pho joints around, especially in the Arvada/Wheat Ridge area. The last couple times Ive been disappointed with my meatball pho. I usually order it and pick it up, so if something isnt there, its not easy to get the missing items. Last trip we didnt get any jalapenos and my meatballs were pretty scarce. Tonight I asked for extra jalapenos, thinking that maybe they just dont provide them anymore. My "extra" jalapenos came out to a grand total of 3. Not my idea of extra, but definitely more than the last trip. Hopefully they get it together soon, or else Ill have to find a new spot.

This was my wifes and mine first experience. We ordered Com Ga Nuong Cha Gio Platter, Sesame Chicken [Egg Fried Rice] 2 Egg Rolls,1 Pho Do Bien. The portions were VERY generous! The two of us ate like fat kids on a holiday and STILL have enough food for another meal. We have never had Pho Do Bien before. In the past we have had Pho Ga once & Pho Dong Huong many times at other, different restaurants. We dont eat beef anymore and we dont care for Pho Ga, so we thought we would never enjoy Pho again. Happily Pho Do Bien swam into our my lifes and it is here to stay!! Next time Im trying the Pho Rau Dau Hu . I hear it is WONDERFUL!

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery via GrubHub. 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time we called and were told the order was on its way (this place is 2 miles away from our home). 15 minutes later we called again, same response... the order is on its way. 20 minutes later, still no delivery so we called again, admittedly frustrated but rightfully so. No offer of concession or apology and the woman on the phone actually hung up on my wife. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. If you have any regard for customer service I would suggest you look elsewhere as well.

The food was absolutely delicious! Portions are very large, but that just means I get 2 meals out of it. Prices are extremely reasonable, and they have a fancy online order form for take-out (havent tried it myself, but it looks fairly straightforward). Our appetizer got messed up, but they were very courteous and quick to correct it. Had to wait a little longer for the check than I would have liked, but those are minor complaints. I would definitely recommend this place if you love Asian food.
