So I guess Im kinda asking for it by continuing to go to this restaurant but, its close and with my boyfriend working twelve hour shifts and getting home at 7 am is sometimes convenient. But probably 9 times out of 10 they screw up my order. For instance went there for breakfast this morning I ordered a sausage croissant with bacon; My croissant is probably from breakfast yesterday as it is hard and looks to be toasted twice, it had no egg on it, my hashbrown is cold soggy and greasy, and my hazlenut iced coffee is just regular iced coffee. This has happened more times then I can count. Called to complain and manager offered to replace my meal for free which is good. But, that doesnt help when I am already home. I dont know what the problem is its not that hard to work at fast food places I did it for years. Very dissapointed with the service and quality at this restaurant. Probably will stop going here all together.

This place is so lame!! I cant ever get served there. There is always some excuse or another. Tonight, they just couldnt serve anyone. As I passed by the empty drive thru line to leave after they told me they werent able to serve anyone, all the employees are just hanging outside not wanting to work. Ok, thats fine, just dont advertise as a 24 hour place and turn off your lights so people dont think you actually want to serve them. Then there is no confusion that your staff doesnt want to work a Friday late night. Skip this place. Itll save you dissapointment.

This place is usually good today not so much they really went down hill I got the southwest combo very small portion for 7 dollars also food was very cold and my potato had a bite taken out of it so disgusted did not even eat I gave the food to my dogs what a waste of 7 dollars and Im still hungry never going here again.

I have been to many resturants in my life time and have never felt more like a guest when I visit this Jack In Westminster.... Altough they are quick in drive thru, I really appriecate how the night manager Moune or Thomas,whoever he is helps me find things on the menu. Couldnt felt more welcomed.......Thankyou

Terrible customer service! disnt have shakes because they said they are down for maintenance! so I ordered a coke, said the soda machines are down.so I ordered just a burger and they said they are out of ketchup! Girl was rude at drive thru! Never again jack in the box!

I have never been to this location before, but I will definitely be back. Everything was clean, the food was great, and the service was top notch. The girl at the counter (Amber) had such a positive attitude. She made my day.

I came through the drive thru with a simple order of 99c tacos and the heavy set lady who greeted me was extremely rude, not telling me my total and gave bad attitude when I asked for sauce.... Im not coming back

Just stopped by around 1am and the service was actually very good. Better than I would expect for so late. Its fast food which is by definition never excellent but id say it was very good.

Clean and friendly. First time at a Jack in the Box. We got a spicy chicken, jr. bacon burger, beef taco, and chicken nuggets. It was okay for fast food but I wont go out of my way for it.
