Ive never had a complaint about Snooze ever...except this location. I dont know if its because this is the newest location, but I work across the street on 17th and my food has consistently been bad here in the 5+ times Ive eaten here. The first time I ordered the Corned Beef Hash to go and when I went to eat it, the onions and peppers definitely out numbered the corned beef shreds. Ive had this dish dozens of times before at other locations and know when its different, and this one just wasnt good. The second time I ordered the Bella Bella Benny. Not only were the eggs and hollandaise cold (a big no no for eggs benedict) but the proscuitto was tough and inedible, whereas proscuitto is supposed to be raw and almost gummy. Having not learned my lesson, I tried again with the Pineapple Upside Down pancakes, which have always been wonderful every time Ive eaten them, but not this time. The pancakes had a meat taste to them like someone had cooked them on a grill in the same spot that they had just cooked meat. I looked at the underside of the pancake and sure enough, they were burned with brown charring on them. So, so gross. How do you mess up pancakes?! However, in my desperation for breakfast food in the area, once again I ordered from this location and once again was disappointed. I ordered the Benny Goodman, my absolute favorite dish on the menu, and somehow even that was messed up. Way too much cream cheese, cold eggs, the poached egg yolk was solid, absolutely no runny yolk to be found, and my side order of sausage was burned, cold, and tough. Since it had been a few months since that last visit, I tried it again today and ordered to go and once again ordered the Benny Goodman and once again got cold food that I had to microwave. I showed up ten minutes before they said to show up (told me 20 minutes and I showed up after 10), and my food was sitting on the counter waiting, when I showed up early to specifically avoid cold food. The salmon was super fishy and Ive never had a problem with this benedict tasting overly fishy before. Needless to say, Ive definitely given up on this location and wont be returning. If youre in this area and want good breakfast, try the Snooze on Larimer in Lo-Do or Mangiamo Pronto on 17th street. I usually love Snooze and if you want a go-to location, I highly recommend the one on Colorado and 7th, its their 2nd location and theyve retained most of their cooks since they opened. As for the Union Station location, Im steering clear.

This was an amazing find for brunch before our flight out of town. The restaurant is narrow, but deep with more seating than you would expect. The staff are incredibly happy and friendly and have great suggestions. They also check on you at just the right times; never hovering but youre never left thirsty. Speaking of thirst, their cold brew iced coffee is smooth and delicious. I like my coffee like I like my black holes: cold, black, and sucking all the light out of the room. This is my favorite iced coffee Ive gotten at any restaurant or coffee shop. For food, we got the seasonal pancake, and egg and English muffin, their vegetarian soyrizo, and their breakfast burrito. To add some spice to life, I added goat cheese and bacon to my burrito, as well as a local Denver hot sauce called Red Pepper Chipotle pepper sauce from SaSo Pepper Co. Great combination, and that burrito was absolutely to die for. Add in the iced coffee, a blood orange mimosa, and an iced almond milk latte with no whip and you have the brunch of my dreams. 10/10 would brunch again.

Snooze use to be my favorite breafast place. Ive been there quite a few times. Normally have no problem waiting, because its been so good. This last time I was there we waited for 2 hours. As we waited for our table, I saw a few people check in and get seated with out a wait. We were finally seated and ordered right away. The couple next to us were seated about 5 to 7 min. after we were, they received their food first, finished, and we were still waiting for our food. There were 3 in our party 2 in theres. My duughters order was wrong. I have an allergy to onion, told the waitress that and I could taste it in my potatoes, I will have a migraine for atleast 3 days. I wrote this review as the patrons next to is were finishing up their meal. Not happy, and may not go back!!

This is a great place inside of Union Station. I had taken a plane from Roswell, NM through Dallas to Denver. Then, I rode the train into the city all while lugging a big suitcase and a backpack. The young man behind the counter came up to me and asked me if I would like to be seated. I must have looked pretty worn out. I told him I was tired and hadnt ate all day and I need to charge my phone. He was so kind, he took me to a very comfortable table and game me a menu and showed me on the wall where I can plug in my phone. I asked for coffee and ordered the Bella Bella. It was delicious. The coffee was great and my cup was always full. This was the best service I have had in a long time. The young man and I had a short and lovely conversation about Denver.

Great staff, amazing food (making breakfast different is tricky!), reasonable prices, and unique location. Parking is typical for the city (walk a little, its good for you!), and wait time was a little long, but well worth it, with a bookstore across the hall and union Station down the hall. Also, can opt for a text/call when table is ready. Ordered Eggs Benedict (the true breakfast test item) and a pancake sampler (banana nut, sweet potato, and pineapple upside-down). Wow. Amazing. Benedict was perfect. Pancakes were not overwhelmingly sweet, even the pineapple upside-down, smooth texture, light density, and the sweet potato is something I have to try at home. Just delicious!

service was good but...umm...since when is it sanitary to have a dog in a restaurant? When I asked the hosted claims its a service dog...nope...no vest, jumping on anyone who comes near...I call BS. Now I have a dog, I get that people love their dogs, but unless Im at an outdoor bistro or something Id appreciate not having to deal with other peoples dogs in a restaurant. As for the food, both my mother and I got the grilled cheese and ham and tomato soup. The soup was ridiculously salty and the grilled cheese was as greasy as if it were deep fried. Honestly worst grilled cheese and soup Ive ever had. Go to Jasons deli flute the best. As for breakfast, I couldnt tell you.

Extraordinarily overrated. Underseasoned, overpriced, terrible service, long wait. The worst green chili Ive ever had, underdone potatoes, etc. Really just missed hard on the little things. Other reviews cite bland and underdone hashbrowns, and thats what I got. The green chili was weirdly spicy, but lacked any flavor other than that. Reminded me more of salsa verde that was in a food processor. Overall super cold, bland, and not worth it. Was quoted 20-30 mins. Didnt get an text for an hour. How can a restaurant like this mess up the details? Raw potatoes? No salt and pepper? Poor food ratios? Look to your competition for answers because youre failing.
