They have messed up my order now three times of the 4 times we have ordered. Being they are the only delivery for Chinese I gave them more chances. They are rude and will not fix their mistakes without giving you a hard time. Note they will NOT exchange tofo for any meat on the menu without charging you $2.00. Even if you do not want the meat and just tofo. If they mess your order up and give you meat instead of tofu and you dont eat meat they still want you to eat it and they will fix it next time. NO I ordered dinner tonight not next week. When they bring you the correct order they want the messed up food back! Prolly because they will give it to someone else. SO I get to wait 45 extra minutes for the messed up order and you want the food back! My kid could of eaten the meat dish but lets either toss it or give it to the next person who ordered. Also, food it not great and would equal a $1 a scoop type of restaurant. NEVER AGAIN

POOR SERVICE today!!! driver was not given correct order. I called back and the female owner said she would send the driver back. I asked for a credit instead and she said $2.00 for a $30.00 order. Female owner WOULD NOT let me speak to her husband. She FINALLY agreed to a $5.00 credit. WILL NEVER order from them again and we USED to be LOYAL customers

Pretty decent place for a quick asian fix that is not part of a chain. What I noticed here was the noodles and meats are not too greasy. But then again timing here is everything, I have had good days and bad days. Once I went right before close and the items werent fresh. So if you are going hour before close you should be fine here cant go wrong :)

She gave me the wrong order. Called me a couple times. Finally when I got home noticed the wrong order she called back a third time said keep the food and come back and get the correct order. We ate the wrong order pad Thai and sesame chicken. both were delicious and she was kind and I understand these things can happen.

Delivery time was 40 to 50 minutes, Delivery took over 1 hour and 45 minutes. No updated phone calls to let me know they fell behind on deliveries. No credit offered, of any kind. Was a long time customer but not any more. Poor customer service from owner and staff.

If ordered off the menu the food is not bad. But ordered from the hot trays it is not good. Plus they wont even tell you what was made most recently so after a lousy old food hot tray meal I am not going back.

The owners are super friendly and are willing to help you out, the food tastes great as well and doesnt hurt the stomach like other chains do. Prices are also super comparable to places like panda express.

food is always excellent, prepared fresh. hit and miss with service, depends whos working. restaurant seems a little cluttered, and music is aweful. Its best to order delivery or get takeout.
