I was literally telling the guy what I wanted but then I was unsure so I paused to look at all of my options and he looked at the next person in line and said "next" I knew the people behind me, but I still had to wait and basically got moved to the back of the line. I thought that was very rude. AND I HAD TO ASK FOR A FORTUNE COOKIE! They forgot to give me one! Horrible. But the food was good.

The few times we have eaten here it has been lunch time, which results in a long line. The line moves fast, but that is at the cost of any level of customer service. Our experiance the last 2 times has consisted of being asked what we want when we were still 2 people away from reaching the start of the counter. This makes it so you cant see what is avaliable or fresh.

I had a really bad experience with that location my sister bought 4 plates and the rice,lo mein & orange chicken was ruined I just took a bite I had enough! I agree with Chelsea Mann plus they dont taste the food and make sure is not spoiled/ruined is just disgusting!

the people working looked like they hated their jobs, and were rude to customers. They didnt care at all about the proportions they gave you. I only got half the amount of food I normally receive. I love Panda Express food, but DO NOT like this location.

You have to watch the staff, the worker picked out eye gunk and flung it in the food.....disgusting! Whats worse is he did it 2 times in less than 10 seconds. I alerted the manager but Im sure they still served some of it. They need to be inspected!

I have been here several times lately at opening (10AM) and there is no staff, and zero food cooked. Why do they post their hours from 10AM if they wont be ready until 10:30 or 11. Please change this, False advertising.
