It is hard to find good Chinese food in Colorado, and this place is no exception. The bread batter on the chicken was soggy, both for delivery and dinning in. The sauces are not exciting at all and much of the flavors are masked with over abundance of sugar. Seems to be a common them with Chinese in Colorado to add sugar to their dishes. And their fried rice is a clone of every other place, and unfortunately that standard for fried rice is a very poor and disappointing recipe. I would expect a house recipe to be used or some sort of variation. Even a Wendys burger taste different from a McDonalds. It is better than some other Chinese restaurants but still very low quality.

I have ordered from here for a few years now and have always loved their food. Their delivery could be a little quicker and it would be nice that they double check the orders before delivering (I got the totally wrong order one night). But as for what Ashley says about the $400 charge after paying over the phone with them.. her CC info could have been taken at any time. Just because the $400 purchase was the day after she ordered from them doesnt mean that they are the ones that took the info. I will totally take that back if when investigated its found out it was them.. but make sure its someone before you accuse them.

Usually order from here every so often and never had a problem till tonight. Called and placed an order, an hour and a half went by and no one showed up. Called and was informed that the driver left a long time ago, waited a little bit longer and still they didnt show. We called them to just cancel our order and make sure werent charged and the individual said she was sorry and explained that the driver was having some problems tonight. Im more upset that we couldnt even get a courtesy call to tell us it was late.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. We order from them pretty regularly and the food is always really good but the customer service is really their strong suit. Theyve only made a mistake once and it was just that they had us down for cash instead of charging our card. We didnt really think anything of it and just paid the driver in cash. They called us before we could call them though to assure us that they didnt charge the card and apologized.

Hey, this is some good food! They do more than Chinese food, and I was happy with the Vietnamese offerings. I was there with a large party and everyone thought the food was really good, but the service wasnt. It was difficult to get waited on, and the place was empty except for us. Also, its very difficult to get to the restaurant because you need to come around it from the back. Still, Id go again, especially for take out.

Though I am pretty picky about where I go to get my Chinese food. China 2000 is a great little restaurant that has great food for a great price. I had the best chicken pho and my wife had the sesame chicken that she said was the bomb. The person the served us was very kind, attentive, and made it a delight to be there. Delivery is also an option, but the quite Sunday atmosphere was also very enjoyable. 5+ stars for China 2000

Food is decent. Its not fine dining so I dont expect much. I have ordered a few times and havent been disappointed thus far. There are other restaurant nearby with a better appeal but this place serves good food and at reasonable prices. Their restaurant looks very nice indoors except the back entrance lobby has a bunch of graffiti on the wall. Other than that no complaints. Place is closed down.

I took my wife and daughter to this location in the evening. We could not hardly get anyone to wait on us. The food took a long time to get to us. When the food arrived, it was the most sub par Chinese food I have eaten in my entire life. When I got home, we were all sick from the food. I would never take my worst enemy to eat there. I request they get out of the food business.

Theyre food was good and good prices. But after paying over the phone for takeout, they took my information and made a $400 purchase. Ive talked to other people in the area and they said its not the first time its happened. How are they still open when their employees are stealing from customers?!? I filed a police report and will NEVER go back. I hope yall get shut down!!

They charged me for food I never received. I called them to dispute the charges and was told f*** you and told not to order from them again. That is seriously the worst customer service ever. If they dont care about their customers at all I can only imagine that they dont care about their food or establishment either. I will never order from these crooks again!

It is a good place to get a nice lunch/dinner. Inside its wonderful. nice and roomy with lots of space. You do not ever have to wait in a line, all the food is made fresh and it does taste great. The thing is personal preference, if you like the kind of food then it is good, but if your not use to eating or tasting different foods, then you may wary a bit.

Overall a positive experience. Calling in the order was easy and the woman who took my order was pleasant and patient with my questions. The delivery arrived within the 45 minutes that I was told it would take. The meals arrived warm, however my soup had cooled to room temp. Regardless, the food was good. We would order from them again.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant to order delivery from in the area. The staff are always kind and polite; the food is consistently good; and their delivery is right on time, every time. I have never been left disappointed in what I ordered, and the prices are good for the portions. Will always recommend China 2000.

We ordered around 6. A lady said that our food would be here from 45 minutes to an hour. We wait for an hour and a half and no show. We called and someone said that the delivery guy left a long time ago. Well what kind of service is this. There was no call from anyone saying that they were running late.

Ive been here once and wont be returning, the food here is just "okay", chinese food isnt made like it use to anymore and that goes for the majority of Chinese restaurants. The staff when I went was very welcoming and friendly, I was 1 of 3 other customers dining at that time.

Im very surprised more people dont eat here. Very good quality food (fresh ingredients and NO MSG [aka addictive poison]). Very very good experience and highly recommended if you like Chinese but dont like to eat unhealthy and crappy msg filled food.

Always has the best food. I keep coming back for the fried dumplings. They recently added Vietnamese food as well and I thoroughly enjoy their pho. Prices are a bit high and the delivery is a bit slow, but its just so damn good I keep coming back.

I love this place. Best Chinese food around and at great prices. Love the service always greeted with courtesy. The owner remembered me even though I have been out of state for a year and usually get delivered when I did order.
