Been going here for 4-5yrs. Best Hazelnut coffee, free refills etc. Friendly, consistent on the bagels and breakfast items. We usually do a breakfast. Bathrooms are still kept clean (Can tell a lot about a place by the bathroom, trust me. If the bathroom is bad and filthy, it tells you if the kitchen area is cleaned, or not, in the same manner. We owned restaurants in the past). Some of the booths and areas are starting to show some wear, and need a good scrubbing for sure, but overall, still better than most, or we wouldnt return. On par with kneaders, almost the same atmosphere and quality of the food is the same. We frequent both to change things up. Note to staff, fix and tighten tables and chairs, clean the foods, stains, etc off of the booths and walls, and keep the place fresh looking. Overall, still doing a good job :)

Panera is the only locale that offers souffles (get there before 10:30am or call ahead to have one held for you). Four options: 4 cheese, ham & Swiss, spinach & artichoke, and (forgot the last one). They are just the right portion to feel satisfied without stuffed. The second thing I love is hazelnut coffee, which I can only find at Panera or Bruggers. A wonderful breakfast combo for only $6.15.

We ordered some salads to go only to realize that our salads had no dressing. I called and was told I could get a refund or new salads, we opted for the replacement salad. When we arrived they were so polite and apologetic. Our salads were ready so quickly and they gave us extra dressing to put on the other salads. Very pleased with the customer service! Allison took great care of us!

Rude, Rude, Rude. I will never go into this Panera Bread again. The owner and older lady working at the cash register seem to make a game of being rude to customers. They are downright hateful. The quality of food has really gone down in the past couple of years too plus they are always out of everything. Save yourself a bad experience and go to Kneaders on Parker Road by the library.

For the second time they didnt bother to put the sausage on the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. They never have the pastries we order and dont substitute the correct number (we order 3 and get 2). They have the ability to say that theyre out of something on the app but never do. Its getting completely ridiculous and were at the point of not ordering from there anymore.

Not only does my ENTIRE family love the food the managment is first class!! Last night my daughter was not feeling well and did not eat her dinner. The manager noticed and approached me and said he wanted to refund my money since she was not feeling well and would not be enjoying her normal favorite macaroni...really unheard of!!! The best Panera ever!!!!!

The food quality is similar to the other Paneras, but they run out of stuff more than any other Panera Ive been. The employees are pleasant and get our orders correct. Its Panera.

Absolute Garbage. I just spent $30 for three of us and the sandwich I ordered was no better than a Safeway sandwich across the street with a bag of crumpled chips. Never again!

I just drove 25 minutes to get panera. I got there at 8:15 and the door was locked. The hours said 8:30 on the door and 9pm on their website. Thanks guys

Small portions, not worth the money... go to Kneaders. Had a breadbowl that was half full, and a pasta bowl that had 4 small bites of chicken... not worth $8+

Stopped by at 5pm and they were out of everything!!!!!!!!!!!!! They still had 3.5 hours to be opened!!!! Either close this store or have product to sell!!!!
