I used to live by the one in Arvada, and it is just amazing (including the fact that it has a piano anyone can play). They are a 5 star location. So why the 1 star? It just seems like everything gets worse in Aurora. This store doesnt like accepting coupons for one. They said they wouldnt honor the birthday coupons. But that isnt all. They have mischarged multiple times. Charging for even one add-on when the coupon said one was included. The amount of ice cream we get also drops noticeably when we use a coupon. Their ice cream is expensive, and getting harassed for using a coupon is rather annoying. We have been to the three nearest cold stones to this one, and we have never been harassed for buying ice cream. Even though this is the closest one, if we want Cold Stone, we will go anywhere else but here.

I love this cold stone! I order all of mine and my familys birthday cakes from here. They are always fresh, delicious and beautifully made. When I wanted to get a Toy Story cake for my daughters birthday I saw in their cake book that toy story wasnt a design that they did. The guy who was working that day actually called the owner and asked if she could make that cake for me, and she did! It was a beautiful cake. It was so kind and generous that they would go out of their way to make a toy story design for my daughters cake . This place is the best!

I got there at 9:27pm... As soon as I got out of my truck, girl working there ran to the door to lock it. Embarrassed me in front of all the folks in there. Very unprofessional. She could have told me she closes in a few min, I would have left...

Three times I have tried to come here during posted hours and they were closed. Once they were closed hours early for a football game and twice 30 mins early on the weekend. I like cold stone but this location makes it hard to even eat it!!!!
