Cooking your own entree is an interesting idea, but I would rather have the steakhouse do the work for me. After all, they should be the experts! The least they could do is provide some meat thermometers so you can check the doneness of your meat. Our whole group followed the suggested cooking times on the wall sign, and everyone had to return to the grill for a second round to finish. The salad bar, appetizers and sides were meh, but at least the meat was good quality.

Love this place! A must stop. My cousin and I always had a tradition to stop here for dinner anytime we had a weekend in the mountains. Fun spot to grill ridiculously good steaks inside and drink a beer while talking with your friends. Warning: You better like youre steaks on the more rare side. You probably dont belong here if you want to burn youre steak. They are huge and would take forever to get well done, beside the cuts are so good that is not necessary.

Took a group of college buddies to the Minturn Country Club, a cook your own steakhouse and it was a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend the bacon wrapped filet with a twice baked potato (to die for) and slosh it all down with an ice cold Fat Tire! Cool environment to catch up with old friends and meet new ones as you all cook your steak on a huge grill! Great time, and a must go if you are in the Vail Valley!

By Far the best steak in Vail! The meat selection is excellent, the quality is absolutely unparalleled, and the recommendations of the staff were perfect. The fact that you get to cook your own steak puts this place over the top! I will come back to Minturn County Club every time Im in Vail!

Dinner is cook your own - steak, fish, or chicken. Salad bar with it was typical of a Howard Johnsons.. The common grill was wasnt oiled so the food stuck to the grill. The side dishes were ordinary. And the whole thing was over priced. Not worth it.

The food was good. Steak cooked perfectly. I also cooked the steak. If you are looking for the place where it feels like you made it yourself, at home, come here and cook yourself your own meal.
