I generally like Burner King but I have decided not to go back to this one. On more than one occasion, it takes about 10 minutes to go through the drive thru. They do apologize, but after 3 times, you would think they would have the problem fixed or improved. They also put together the burgers very quickly and they looked horrible. I have chosen to only go to the other BK on TelShor.

Food is always fair, service is always rude. Employees are so busy chit-chatting with each other to be bothered by customers. There better restaurants in that area. Weinershnitzel, Tokyo sushi, the chinese fast food in old mcdonalds buikding and the village inn. That VI has really great red chile.

The food here is usually great, but not always. Iv had times where no one had any complaints, but iv also had saltless fries, onion rings that had so much salt they were inedible, and a couple times where people got food poisoning. The staff here is usually very friendly

They got the order right and had it pretty quickly but it doesnt seem like they know how to cook the veggie patties very well and they were kind of hard. Also they had shoved the ketchup packets into the box of french fries

So we got there for some nuggets ice cream cones and the oreo irish mint and the shake look good until i taste and it was spoiled im not going back ever again and service forgetter rude as so many places omg

Had the veggie burger. Wasnt burnt...just how I like it. Salty fries. Yum. Also, their sad attempt to signal snow "falling" with strong and cotton balls tied to the ceiling was endearing.
