Came here for a friends birthday as she wanted to check it out. Tried to make a reservation because we had a large group but they said they dont take reservations. When we got there we saw a bunch of tables were pushed together for a large party and asked if we could move over there, but were told you had to "buy" the tables. As a result, we couldnt all sit together to enjoy food and drinks. The place was busy, but food and drink service was within a reasonable time, although two of our friends who ordered after the main group of us got their food first, which was a little odd. The food was really good and the cocktails I had were well made, but everything was way overpriced. $2 extra for a sweet potato fries substitution when most of the rest of town has them as a standard menu choice is not good. $40 tab for two drinks and a French dip is a bit much. I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and had a full steak and two drinks for about that price. Our waiter was excellent, though and kept up with our group pretty well. I like the general decor of the place and the nice big open restaurant bar area, but on the whole, was disappointed by the set up. Limited arcade games are available to play, you have to pay for bar games like corn hole and shuffle board (Im ok with paying for pool, but thats about it) and we were told there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for bowling despite 3 lanes being empty and no one playing on them. There was an eighties cover band and they were pretty good, but it was impossible to speak to each other while they played so we retreated to the 21 and over loft upstairs. It was still loud up there, but not as bad as downstairs. You can get full service in the loft, so if you want to get away from the kids running around and the noise, I suggest heading up. They have pool, shuffleboard and Foosball, and only charge for pool in the loft. There is also a connected patio with outdoor seating. All in all, I was disappointed by this place, everything is just too pricey for it to be a regular hangout. Felt like they really arent very accommodating towards groups, or at least dont really know whats going on because on our way out we saw a sign up of some sort for birthday parties and large groups. *sigh* I really hope they succeed here, but I likely wont be back.

The potential of this place is totally there but they are failing miserably and seem to not care about that! Went for dinner last night with family and the ambience was great but ended up leaving feeling unimpressed, especially for the price that was paid. Our food wasnt great at all, my chicken strips batter had way too much flour which was disappointing.. 4 strips for $8 and this is what I get? Husband asked for his burger medium well and it came out close to rare. We sent it back and the second one came out barely medium... I ordered their sangria amd was served literally red wine with ice. I asked for some pineapple juice which helped at least. The ONLY saving grace was our amazing waitress who was personable, funny and so apologetic about our concerns. Unlike the manager on duty that night... we had a party of 8 so the bill was pretty hefty and we felt we wanted to just let them know of our concerns since theyre new and may appreciate learning where they could improve. When we spoke with him, he was so preoccupied with looking AND TEXTING on his phone! His only responses were, "Oh? Really... hmmm.. thats odd..." Like seriously?! We are paying customers who are just letting you know of some concerns and thats your response? Not to mention you not giving us your attention with our complaints. He asked if we wanted something and we said no, we just wanted to let them know. No apology, no thank you, nothing. We will not be coming back.

Waited just over 2 hours for food to arrive. Once it arrived it was good but we were so hungry we might have eaten anything at that point. Waitress was awesome but so very overwhelmed. Food was pricey, the environment is too loud to have a conversation (the space has had little to no acoustic consideration) and tonight the band was just awful. One and done - never again. Update: We had originally opened a tab in the Loft - the upstairs bar. When we checked out I noticed that our bar tab was not included in our ticket. I asked our waitress about it and she said that it was being handled by the restaurant to make up for our immense delays. Yet, 2 days later, we got a second charge on our card. So much for being handled by the restaurant. Im generally pretty positive and look for the best in most situations. In this situation, however, it just went from bad to worse, and now that my card has been hit a second time, even worse. My lovely wife wants me to take up the second charge with the restaurant but given how poorly things have been executed up to this point, Id rather eat the charge knowing theyll never see another dollar from me.

We tried this place our for their grand opening and as such expected it to be busy. The hostess told us it would be an hour til we could get food because the kitchen was so backed up. The wait was fine since we were told before ordering anything. The menu options looked great and the beer selection was equal. The waitress was attentive and good at refilling water and other drinks. The food took 90+ minutes to be delivered. This is were the visit went downhill. The fish for the fish and chips was room temperature, both burgers were cooked to well done when ordered medium and room temperature. The buns for all three sandwiches were stall and over toasted so they crumbled. The French fries were the hottest thing on the plate. One burger was ordered with tater tots and came with French fries. Another burger was ordered with no tomato and it came on it. The waitress was quick to rectify the tater tot/fry mix up, but by that time the 4 in my party decided that we were not eating the food ordered. The check we received was incorrect with an extra beer, but by that time we didnt care and just paid to get out of there.

Went on a Friday night the weekend after the grand opening, so it was understandably busy. However, as soon as we sat down we were told there was going to be a 30 minute ticket wait for food, which quickly increased to 45 minutes by the time we ordered drinks. Our drinks came out about 20 minutes after we had ordered them, after they had been sitting at the bar for about 15 minutes... Understaffed or slow service, its hard to tell. On top of that, we were going to try to play some bar games to pass the time while we waited for the drinks... Until we found out they charge for common bar games. Shuffleboard was $6 for a half hour, corn hole $4 per person, and we didnt even bother checking to see how much they charged for darts. The line to even pay for the bar games was at the bowling alley area, and had a line about 10 people deep, although none of the bar games was being played. All in all, pretty much a waste of time, and the drinks and food were at such an upcharge, its absolutely ridiculous they would charge for bar games as well.
