Food and service were terrible (we had to ask for water, silverware, plates) 4 adults plus a 3year old ate pizza, salads, and sandwiches and yuck! We ordered the shrimp app and we got 5 shrimps ranging from small to big-quite the presentation. For the price, this place isnt worth your money and especially just mediocre service. I had to fetch my own chair for our party of 5. The sandwiches were like eating cardboard and portions were small for the price. The steak salad was subpar for $$ (yes, your person asked if it was okay after clearly noticing the displeasure but did not offer to replace it...we didnt want to confront and make a big ordeal about it but the other experiences led me to leave a review...she maybe ate 25% of it for the record). Lastly, the staff were stuffing their faces behind the bar with their custom plates of food which is poor style-eat in the back away from the patrons. Ive worked in the industry for years and your place could do much better, period. Dont spin it.

I had the best vegetarian jambalaya of my life here, spiced perfect. Good beer selection. Appropriately priced. Will definitely be going back for it again. Trip 2 - Tried to go back today restaurant was not full but obviously understaffed. Sat for 10 minutes with no service next to dirty dishes. People next to us had to go ask to get checked out, after waiting for at least as long as we were there. After still no service when waitress was right there, we had to leave. Saw others leave with no service also. :( Trip 3 - was back to trip 1 level.

This place is AWESOME! The craft beer menu is phenomenal. $6 for nearly every beer (pour volume does vary though, 8-16oz), save for a few specialties that cost more. Ive never been disappointed here. The spinach/steak/blueberry salad is top notch, $4 macaroni and cheese is delicious and filling, and the French onion soup is spectacular. Never been disappointed with anything Ive had here. Its all good. Definitely a great value, spectacular service, and the views of the foothills are amazing.

My Southern soul is so happy to have found this spot! Their shrimp and crab gumbo rivals that of spots Ive been to on the Gulf Coast; its a generous portion which included lump crab, a crab finger, extra large shrimp, white rice, and a delicious side of corn bread. My husband loved his Game Day special sliders and red beans and rice. We also indulged in dessert -- a butter pecan sundae. Our server Kim was super friendly and it was a comfortably casual ambiance. We will definitely be back!

Had the misfortune of taking out of town guests to the Trailhead today. All the food was marginal. I ordered the jambalaya and was surprised to be served a bowl with 2 cups of oil, some sausage & chicken, a few peppers and rice. Possibly the worst dish I have ever received in a restaurant. A few bites & it went back to the kitchen. Completely lost my appetite after trying it. Had high hopes.

It was a 3 star description-it was O.K. my veg jambalaya was very flavorful. My boyfriends Cuban was lacking. Not a lot of options to mix and match to try other things on the menu. A touch overpriced. It is a place that serves decent beer and food-which I will take over not having-but nothing that stands out and could have been half the price

Visited during a sunny day out in February for lunch and they had the patio wide open which is where we dined. The wait staff was attentive and all smiles. The Cuban sandwich is very good. The seafood gumbo is rich, dark and delish! There was plenty of each entree to take home for another meal. Will definitely return.

The beer selection is good. Its a taphouse. The $13 chicken and zucchini salad was delicious, but sparse on greens. I would have preferred some extra lettuce of any kind added to the arugula. The sweet potato bits on my wifes $12 veggie salad were a little under-cooked. Ill try it again and update.

A midweek post mountain bike ride meal here was great, again. The shrimp Po Boy had plenty of heat and seasoning with simple sides. The beer list is more than adequate and the service was attentive, just right. Im glad to see more dining options in Golden especially when they are of this quality.

Gluten free pizza was amazing. Red bean as well as atmosphere were awesome but what stuck out most is the bartender Brian, I have gluten and soy allergies and even though he was busy he checked on everything for me.

Burro Cubano was so good! The mustard made the sandwich. The vegetarian jambalaya was a huge portion. I am going to enjoy having it for lunch tomorrow. Its not listed, but you can get a beer flight (4 for $10).

I didnt get the best vibes when I walked I to this place. The menus were thinking paper and everything on the menu was $15+. But then we got our chicken and andouille gumbo and it was well worth it!!!

Pretty solid rotation of beers from IPAs to pancake porters. The food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced and the staff has always been friendly. Great addition to Golden.

Stopped in for a beer while in the golden area. The beer was pretty good, the service was great, and the venue is pretty cool. Nice place to stop in if you are thirsty.

On my 3rd consecutive visit in 2 months, the kitchen was closed before 7:30pm. Call me crazy and demanding, but if you advertise food on the menu, you should serve it.

Great atmosphere. Good beer selection. I like the Cajun inspired menu, but there is room for growth. Be bold with the flavors, a bit more salt and itll be perfect.

Sit at The bar, get a flight of generous tasters and order from the menu. Nice place, friendly staff, really good food, 2 blocks from the coors brewery.

Well this was to be our first time here. Were told at least hour wait for food due to only one person cooking and prepping. We walked. Sorry.
