Coming from the west cost, it has been a challenge to find good Mexican American food in the Northern Colorado area. I tried La Panda for breakfast and it hit the spot. The restaurant is nothing fancy just good tasting food that is made fresh. La Panda gets bonus points that it has a nice selection of conchas and empanadas as well. Ill be back to try out the lunch/ dinner menu.

This is REAL Mexican food people. The place may not be much to look at, but dont let its humble roots fool you. The staff speaks English so dont freak out if you feel out of place. Tacos are fantastic and even though this place does not make their money on alcohol sales, they served me the BEST margarita I ever had!

Best hole in the wall place to eat in Longmont Colorado. Great Service! Great food! Way better than palmeras and any other Mexican restaurant in Longmont!!

So far the place is pretty cozy... Staff is friendly. Salsa is a little runny but has a good flavor. I got a burrito and its pretty good.
