After eating about half of my meal The food made me feel sick and I almost threw up. The waitress got the manager "Mandy" and she said and I quote "food does not affect you that fast and we dont use chemicals in our kitchen so if your sick then its from something else. Is their anything else I can help you with?" And still never removed the bad food from the table, offered me an option, or asked what they could do for me. NOTHING! So I slowly ate my fruit to settle my stomach, paid my check and as I was leaving she said real loud "Have a great Day" never mentioning anything about how I felt. Total sarcasm. Had to visit the bathroom 3 times before leaving. Never Again...

Now typically when I go I get fantastic service. I like to call in my orders to go because I live very close by. Whoever answers is always very nice and when I get there I pay and my food is always ready and delicious. Todays experience was a little bit different... I called in to order a triple decker club with mashed potatoes and a n order of mozzarella sticks and maybe something from the bakery. The woman working there answers I say Im placing an order, she scoffs, doesnt give me the choice on my side so I decide not to get anything other than my entree.

Well the coffee was hot. I cant say the same for the food. The plates werent even slightly warm. My daughter ordered the salmon and ended up sending it back and choosing something else because it wasnt cooked right . She then chose the appetizer sampler and the breading for the fried pickles was still gooey inside. The server didnt seem surprised or even shocked by our complaints. I like Perkins but I will never go back to this particular store. Two very enthusiastic "Thumbs down".

Waited 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged after we were sat. The lady who sat us asked us "what do you want?" (In regards to our table and menus) Which is pretty sad for a business that is aimed around customer service. We were told our server was "new" but the other servers could have.. excuse me, should have saw a table that was pissed off and addressed it. Maybe they need new management but I would not suggest dining here unless you have hours to blow waiting for mediocre food.

For a chain and with the prices its horrible , the server was really really rude , the food took 35 minutes and was cold and crusty by the time we got it , I will never go back to this place, I dont want anything free thats not why Im complaining .this happend to another person with the same waitress that was sitting a couple tables from us, the people that got there after us where served first and the quality of the food we got when we got it was nasty!

Worse dining experience of my life!!had family in from out of town and decided to bring them here.. eggs were cold,cheese on the eggs were cold! By the time they corrected the order the rest of my food was cold.end the end I payed for a meal I didnt eat.. upon paying the manager ask me how was everything..I replied horrible and she had no comment. Recommend village inn for less disappointment. I was so embarrassed to bring my family here.. never again!

Did not have a wide variety of food and being from the south, they didnt even have a descent Southern stable such as a hot bowl of "GRITS"..... They didnt even know what " Grits" was and their attitude was inexplicably lost to the idea that Denver is a tourist destination based on their beautiful mountain terrain and ski resorts. This was literally one of the worst breakfasts Ive had in years! The food was terrible, the morning potatoes were more dry than the Sahara, and the sausage was frozen in the middle! All this after 47 mins of wait! Terrible service! Got the food after 47 mins and got the check at the 49th min and never saw the waitress again. Long story short! Dont go here!

Holly, our waitress on countless occasions, never misses a beat. She is delightful in every way, and we look forward to sitting in her section on free pie night, and every night. So I usually have a great time here. Tonight was different. A half black lady was very rude to a 4 top. Told us we could not stay in the waiting area and that if we did not buy anything we could leave. So I agreed to buy something but she told us to leave. Hey managers I will not be eating here again until she Is delt with.

I usually give 5 stars but my food as well as my cousins food was very greasy and my baked potato didnt have the cheese and bacon like I ordered it so the waiter just brought cold cheese and bacon for me to add myself? ?? Yeah as if the cheese would melt! I usually love this place and I love their pie!

I have never in my life walked out of a restaurant because the food was so disgusting. Not only was my food bland and extremely over peppered, but my girlfriends sampler tasted like fry oil and nothing else. I do not recommend this place at all, eat at the Dennys right up the road.

Be warned, they now close at Midnight! They are not open 24/7 anymore. We went in around 11pm and our server was very rude to us. She rolled her eyes, sighed heavily, and muttered under her breath. Oh, and theyre always out of my pie.

I remember a couple years ago my family and I steered clear of this place because of the horrible food and bad service. Now, their food has improved exponentially and their servers were very polite. Will eat here again soon.

The food is ok. The prices are ridiculously high. They are understaffed and mgmt is always sitting in the back office. If my OLD parents didnt go there, I would NEVER go here. I guess it is good for a retirement community.

Awesome as usual, I enjoy stuffing myself at Perkins on the weekends. They have great deals after 9pm, and the bakery is killer.
