Unfortunately, you cant give a zero star rating or I would. I ordered pizza for here on 9/19 just before 11:30. My order arrive at just after noon. Which was fine. When I looked at my order, my order was wrong. Not one thing was correct. 1) I ordered a mini cinna-bread. It was burned and it was super dry and chewy. 2) I ordered BBQ wings. Again, they were severely burned. 3) I ordered a garden salad with NO green peppers and an extra side of balsamic vinaigrette. Of course, it came with one cup of balsamic and had green peppers on it. 4) I ordered 2 small bottles of Dr.Pepper.... I got one bottle. I called to speak with a manager whos name is Jeff. I told him what was wrong with my order. He did not ONCE apologize for the mess up, but instead covered his ass by giving me excuses. That the system was hard to navigate, and that was the reason for the missing soda. When it came to my food being burned, he told me that the oven they use causes food to be cooked right and burned, or undercooked and not burned. He told me he can send me wings that are undercooked to prevent it from being burned.... who offers that kind of a solution!? It was almost nauseating. Jeff did send a drive to bring the extra soda and send a new salad with no green peppers. When that drive arrived, he literally opened the salad and stuck his hands in it to hand me the balsamic cup that was in there. I wanted to vomit because I know that they are going to just put a new cup in it and send it to the next person who orders a garden salad. It was gross and the driver didnt look so clean himself. I do see that a manager of some sort has replied to two of the reviews and has a snarky and rude undertone. I dont know who taught this place customer service, but they need to find a new trainer. Customer service is what will keep you business alive. I will NEVER order from this joke-of-a-business place again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery 2 nights ago.. Never came.. so I called and they said the driver got lost and came back to the store.. they said they were sending him back out.. I told them I didnt want the pizza if it wasnt going to be remade, they still delivered the 2 hour old pizza, I called and they gave me a credit. this time I went into the store to eat, not wanting to deal with the delivery issues again..Used to taste so good.. seems like they changed the ingredients and ruined the flavor. Toppings were burned.. Dont eat in the restaurant, all you hear is someone bashing and banging pans very loudly.. dont understand why all the banging and bashing. Watched the staff ignore the ringing phones the entire time we ate here.. save money, goto little Caesars, they taste better too! Never getting pizza here again!

Worst pizza ever. Just ripped off dominos (2nd worst pizza ever) and even worse ingredients. Nothing is fresh. For example, last time I checked, frozen spinach is not fresh ingredients. The owner also threatened to sue me and other employees for drinking bottled water from the store when he didnt provide clean drinking water for his employees for weeks. As the owner stated I became "un-employable" when I called him out on accusing the entire staff of stealing water, when he legally (OSHA law) has to provide water for his employees.

I used to love Black Jack Pizza, but Im done now. For the third time in a row, they screwed up the order. On top of it, the pizza was carelessly put together. No care on placing toppings where they should be placed, and the quantity of toppings has been meager at best. Ive made plenty of pizzas when I worked at a pizza joint in college, and these kids have no clue. Also, the flavor has changed... Not sure if they changed their sauce, but the pizza is just awful at this point. Time to move on.

It seems almost everytime I come to pick up my pizza for carry-out I wait and wait at the counter to be helped while several employees walk past me and ignore me. Tonight a guy literally walked past me texting on his cell phone, stared at me and walked away. Pizza is good but the employees are unattentive and not professional for a business setting. Also vacuuming at 8pm while I eat my food when the lobby close at 10pm is rude and obnoxious. That is what you get when you hire 16 year olds.

Had a small order today, and I have to say Im not happy with the tatertot and cheese portions (or the fact the cheese is cold... cmon guys!) Aside from that, the food has been consistently great our last few orders, tonight the delivery guy forgot the 2 liter, and when we left a message, he promptly called back, and brought us a 2 liter within 15 minutes! Great job guys, keep it up!

I was in blackjack in Longmont on wendsday night, and my family and I were trying to enjoy our dinner but it was way to hot in there, to the point to where we had to leave. The pizza was great but I feel as though as a regular customer that it should not be so hot in their, ecspecially in a place where many people come in and out and try and enjoy their dinner.

When answering the phone please smile through the phone....no one cares if your stressing or having a hard time at work it is called a job not oh im going to please you..it is your job to make sure the customers feel happy for talking to you.....if you hate working then dont work and be bum... dont give attitude just cause your having a frustrated day.....

6/10 for a chain place. They still use a conveyor oven, cooking is based on time, not doneness. Theres not a skilled eye to tell when the pizza is just right, they turn a knob to adjust the speed of a metal belt. Thats not how you make great pizza. Overall its decent, for the price. Ill probably have it again.

It sucked and by six I was left with no f-ing pizza, I order it online about 4:20 and at 5:40 I had to call because my order never arrived! The manager had claimed that he had call and the number was wrong. I checked again if I had written it wrong and I had not. Thanks for no pizza

Blackjack has good food. The staff is friendly and passionate about the pizza they make. It shows every time I place an order. The restaurant is clean for a shop that is as busy as Blackjack is. If you want good food as a very reasonable price, consider ordering from Blackjack.

I have had nothing but bad luck with Blackjack. This one is just as bad as the rest. The last time we ordered there we waited 50 minutes for our pizza and wings (in store pickup).... only to find out we were short 4 wings once we got home. No excuse.
