Any location that makes it where the customer is placed in a position to tip is a business I dont like. Pay your employees well and give them raises as needed. Dont place customers in that awkward position of having to do your job. I ordered a medium(12")Healthy and added pineapple. The employee who answered the phone was courteous and took my order/answered my questions promptly. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner by a very respectful young man and the box was clean and not damaged. This is more subjective on taste but I much prefer the Pacific Veggie Pizza from Dominos. The Healthy has plain bread and is too cheese heavy in comparison. I can see why someone would prefer one over the other but given intended audiences of these options, Id say the Dominos option would probably be liked more on average. If the tipping doesnt bother you, I recommend you give them a try.

Its not the best pizza joint but its definitely a solid option if you want something different and affordable especially if you just want a 2 slice/drink combo special. This place usually has affordable deals with 2 × 1 type deals. The place itself could use an a better layout with TVs. It has a Nintendo console with a Super Mario Bros playable game, not multiple games as others say. My only complaint here is that you gotta let your pizza cool down a bit cause the cheese will slide off the bread or it can slide completely off with one bite. Either way its still good.

Willing to say the best tasting pizza in Laredo, great alternative to your chain restaurants. Not quite New York but as close as Ive found in the area. Customer service is always personal and staff is professional and friendly. During the weekdays they have standard pizzas ready, so,you dont have to wait. Management does a good job, also have seen little league teams here, good venue. Bring the team.

Not particularly good pizza for the price. The cheese didnt melt together and it seemed like it was either frozen or of low quality. A "NY" style cheese pizza and a calzone ran about $28. Neither were worth the money especially considering that Little Caesars has pizza for the same or (arguably) better pizza for a fraction of the price. My return to Jalapeños is doubtful.

Just ordered the thin crust bbq chicken pizza and chicken strips for delivery. When the order arrived the pizza was cold and the crust was so hard that you can not even cut it with a knife. The pizza was thrown out, so my wife and I was only able to eat 5 chicken strips for $32.31. If there was zero stars I would of chosen it. Worst place I have ever been to.

Excellent! Meat lovers stromboli and garlic parm wings were mouth watering and perfectly cooked! The apple cider flavored soda is to die for (Manzanita SoL). Definitely ordering from here again! Delivery was good too. P.s. The stromboli was huge i could only eat half! #leftoversBaby!

Had the Deluxe pizza and it is definitely one of the best we have had on the road in a long time. Very fresh ingredients, the sauce is not too tangy which adds to the freshness and the crust is perfectly yeasty and delicious! I would highly recommend Jalapenos!

Went to get the lunch special havent gone in months this time I went pizza does not taste as good as before. They did give me a free slice due to over cooking my other slice. Other than that i would think twice of going back.

The pizza is good. But New York style it is not!!! Just because you make the slices big doesnt make it New York. The crust is too cake like and not enough greasy fixins. Little overpriced as well.
