My Pizza Was Soggy, Cold, Old, and so Greasy that I got Grease all over my Clothing! I called and complained and spoke with Chris the manager there and he said I would have a Credit for the $20 we had spent. I ordered from them again today and they only gave me a credit for a large 3 topping which I settled for. I also added an order of hot wings so I ending up shelling out another $10 and had to pay for delivery again. When the delivery driver got to my house he stated it looks like you really got a deal here? I explained how they had screwed up my previous order, and tipped the guy $5. When I put the pizza down on my kitchen table I noticed my whole hand was Full of Grease as if I had Just Changed My Car Oil!! I was immediately disgusted and did not even take a bite of the pizza and called and was transferred to Chris the Manager there again. Chris explained to me how there was nothing he could do since they had already gave me a credit. I asked if they could just come pick up the pizza and bring my money back he said no. My 3 year old son was hungry and opened the box and took a bite of pizza. He told me he hurt his tooth on a rock?! I expect that one of the employees or even the Manager Chris there put some dirt in the pizza or purposely dropped our pizza on the floor! I a looking in to filing a complaint with the health department and or filing a claim with their General Liability Insurance Company for exposing my 3 year old to this. Do not order from this place! Little Caesars is way better than this place and half the price!

I have always ordered from Blackjack, I love their pizza but this is the first time I ordered from this location and I will not do it again. I submitted an order online in the morning to be delivered at a local brewery that evening and I received a call 20 min before it was due to be delivered saying it was outside their delivery range and the order would be cancelled. When I put in the address online, that is the store that was automatically selected and it never indicated it was outside of their delivery range. I asked the manager if they could transfer the order to the correct store and he said no, I would need to go online and re-place the order. When I explained that I am not in a place to be able to do that (hence why I ordered it in the morning) and asked again if he could help me his simple answer was "NO". No I apologize, sorry this happened, nothing. Then when I started to get upset because we had 10 people that were expecting pizza in 15 min, he hung up on me!! Terrible customer service!! My husband called the Littleton location and explained what happened and they said it was out of their delivery zone but would be happy to help us out and make it right. Very thankful to that manager!! I will continue to order from the Littleton location.

I had Blackjack 3 times at my buddies in Lakewood. Every pizza order was golden and delicious. I talked it up so much my family decided to try it. I personally ordered it and got the 2 XL 2 topping $21.99 special, which was the same as my buddy. Apparently hand tossed is not the standard, but thin crust is (MAKE SURE THEY KNOW). Guy on the phone didnt ask my preference and mid sentence as I repeated the order hung up. The lakewood Blackjack always questioned hand tossed, making me think it was standard or if I cared for something else... sorry I assumed. I guess they saved money giving me thin and not so crispy with out asking. A microwaved tostinos pizza has a more crispy crust then the dough crust I had received. I have had pizza hut, dominos, and lil cesars... etc. if I order a XL PIZZA I WOULD THINK IT WOULD HAVE ENOUGH FOR A 2 TOPPING ORDER. I got an XL pizza with spaced out toppings fit for a medium king. Good luck with your future and I am surprised this specific establishment lasted this long.

I rarely write reviews but tonights experience was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was perfect! The salad was the best salad I think ever had and they made sure to bring me lots of ranch just like I asked. And my boyfriend said the wings from here are 10x better than the wings from dominos or pizza Hut. The pizza was also perfect. An I had forgot to ask for garlic butter, but I look in the bag and theres a few things of gb! Which made me sooo happy! Lol. I was beyond pleased with the service, they got everything correct and the food was delicious!! Keep it up the good work :)

I went with my family on a saturday night to go buy a couple of pizzas.We went home just to find that there was a very long hair baked into the pizza.They close at 12 and on sunday i am busy the whole day, so i gave them a call on monday to express my concern.The guy i talked to said i had to call in that same day.I told him that they needed to make this right.He basically told me that there was nobody above him and that they werent going to do anything about the situation.I would recommend you go elsewhere as a consumer unless you enjoy pubic hairs in your weekend dinner.

Generally it was very good pizza. They are very fast. Usually fresh, and I like it a little greasy, because its good cheese. However, multiple pizzas have been delivered with raw soggy dripping dough, and unfortunately this was the last one for me. I dont like to complain, but it appears to be a common issue.

Got our pizza delivered. Pizza was so soggy because of how uncooked it was. We called in to express our concern, the so called manager said he couldnt do anything about this. Wow!!! Is this how they treat their clientele?? Never again ordering from this place... Take your money somewhere else!!!!!!

I used to get pizza from this store every Friday after work until I got serious stomach cramps 3 times in a row after eating it. It tasted good, but holy cramps! Forget it. Id rather get Papa Murphys or Papa Johns if I want cheap pizza. Otherwise, check out Virgilios. Now THEY are great.

Darn good pizza, and unlike the big 3, (pizza hut, dominos, little ceasars) Blackjack has real mozzerella on the darn pie. Also the only place that delivers to us. So we are pretty happy with these guys. Waiting for a big pie to come right now :]

Sent me a undercooked doughy pizza then when I called they acted like they didnt believe me telling me "if you have the whole pizza well replace it" and hung up. obviously... I dont eat pizza dough.. pretty rude for your mistake

Very rude! What ever happened to customer service. The web ordering sucks and when I called them because the order was WRONG they would not do anything to make it better but order any other one for the same price.
