Have been ordering carry-out pizza from these guys about twice a month since they opened. Monday 03/07/2016 ordered my wifes usual med. pepperoni lovers pizza. It came with a whopping 2 pepperonis per slice and looked like a worst than a little Ceasers 5 dollar special, it was even cold still. This ends our relationship with Red Brick pizza. To be far before Monday would of rated them between a 3 to a 4 it varied as staff, menu etc changes. Esp the staff it seems rare to see the same face twice.

I go to Redbrick at least twice a week for their awesome gfree options. The staff are all very courteous, kind and professional. I see the owner almost every time I go in, who always says hello to everyone that walks in. The pizza is always amazing and the salads are always so fresh and tasty. This is the absolute best brick pizza ever then again its my first one I ever had. Well none the less my dinning experience here was great. Staff was super patient with me ordering and choosing my selection. Since it was our first time here and I was clueless of what I wanted. With the help of the young man in counter and his suggestions I got my order straight . ok..... Love my pizza !!! I strongly recommend this place ❤

It took me awhile before I finally tried this place. My loss, was I ever pleased. Lots of specials, salads and whats really great is the variety of crusts you can choose from...Try the Chipolata, simply awesome. High recommend this place, no wonder they are so busy!

Ordered a large prosciutto and a large pepperoni. They were both carelessly prepared with very little toppings all thrown near the center. If Im going to pay nearly $20 for a pizza, I expect a certain level of quality, this was both disappointing and sad. Never again.

They have great service, really tasty pizzas, quick, great place to watch sports if you want, and great prices. As well a wide selection of non-pizza items. One of my favorite places to grab a bit to eat in Las Cruces.

Delicious pizza!...we asked for "create your own large" for $19 which has 9 items!! We drove from nearby El Paso for dinner on a Sunday night.Place was clean and not crowded...this place offers beer on tap and gelato.

going by the reviews looks like it hit or miss w the staff. Every time Ive been its delicious. The rustica is awesome. Its a chain, but the difference between this and fastfood junk like unos is night and day.

Great pizza, even ordered one to go. I wish they can expand into El Paso, TX!! Even my 1 year old and 4 year old scarfed it down. Cant wait to come back when we are heading up to Colorado!!
