100% Disappointed- After waiting an hour for our order, both the pizza and wings arrived completely cold.The pizza was undercooked and the crust still had a doughy texture. Wings and pizza had an awful taste. We even tried cooking the pizza in our oven hoping we could improve the taste, but to no avail. Needless to say, we were so grossed out and upset at that point, we had to purchase a completely different dinner. Customer service was not interested in helping or refunding us. The best they could offer was a credit on a future order. A credit we will NEVER use after being disgusted by this locations quality of food and service. Normally not a complainer but urge everyone to try a different establishment or at least another location. We will not be using Pizza Hut again after this and several other disappointing deliveries.

Employees are very rude, abrasive, unprofessional, slovenly, unkempt, krass. Witnessed bickering between employees and then was asked to intervene in discourse between assistant manager and employees. Services are slow, incomplete, and usually orders are wrong. Facility interior lacks esthetic appearance and cleanliness. Usually disheveled in chaos even when just one customer is waiting for order that was called in prior to arriving. Wait time unusually long for simple orders. Quality and quantity of ingredients has consistently been less than satisfactory relative to cost. Very disappointed, displeased and will not recommend or return to any pizza hut due to experiences here. Home delivery excessive long wait times. Pizza arrived cold and greasy 4 out of 4 times when I live .4 miles from this location.

We just spent 19.00 on 3 medium pizzas and they BARELY had any cheese on them.....some pizza slices only had cheese on HALF of the slice. I expected them to cut back on the toppings because its a special but this was rediculous. My husband said that this pizza should be called the "Barely there pizza" and that we should have just bought a couple of Home Run frozen pizzas from King Soopers. It would have provided us with MORE pizza (2 larges) at HALF the cost. Thanks for nothing PIzza Hut....we are done!

These guys are THE BEST! in the past there may have been a few slumps in service due to lack of proper staff or the changing of managers, but as a person who is a semi-daily customer (theyre close by my work), I have always seen them working harder at this location than any other chain restaraunt I have ordered from. People, when you order from a large corporate chain on a friday or saturday night, EXPECT IT TO BE BUSY!!!! Keep up the great work guys! -a loyal and satisfied customer

Shayne is awesome!!! They messed up my order but when I bought it to his attention that they messed up one my wings he fixed the situation right away and then when I got home I realized they messed up on my pizza also, so I called right away and spoke with Shayne, he fixed it right away. Shayne is awesome he has great customer service skills, most of the time when I complained about them messing up I get a manager with an attitude and the wasnt the case at all with Shayne...

Audrey, the manager working days was very rude and lacks people skills. The store also needs another phone line, cant seem to get through to complain about the 3 inch long, black hair I found in my pizza box. On the other hand, the night manager Shayne was very professional and corrected our order. HE IS AWESOME. Pizza Hut obviously needs more managers like Shayne. The five star rating is for Shayne.

I cant review this without marking one star. I wanted to mark zero stars. What terrible service! I ordered my pizza an hour and a half ago. Got my confirmation number for my location and no pizza! When i called all they could say was im sorry i dont have your order! So.... nothing! Pizza hut! You suck! Obviously ill be ordering elsewhere now! Two hours later! Guests and no food. Shameful!

Worst pizza hut ever!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find a different one. They always make pur orders wrong and never have enough crew members which also means the food will NOT be ready on time and they dont even apologize for it. We live close to it but honestly will start going to a different one. Thats how frustrating it is to order from this place.

They actually wont deliver your pizza if theyre "busy." I called back an hour and a half later and it wasnt even in the oven and they said "oh we still havent made it do you want to cancel your order?"Pathetic customer service. This location is terribly unprofessional. Go with Dominos down the street if your looking at a chain for pizza.

The mighty pzone, one size fills all: meaty, pepperoni or supremo MEATY PZONE PIZZA Its multi-meat mayhem in there. Stuffed with all your favorites - pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, pork, beef, and of course cheese. Served with zesty marinara on the side. Refused to serve pizza even though its still on menu online.

I took two bites out of one chicken wing and not even two minutes later Im in the bathroom puking my guts out. If I could Id give it as many negative stars as it requires. All I can taste is raw chicken juice mixed with grease. Either Id recommend never order their wings or dont order there period. Its gotten worse.

Horrible horrible place to eat!!! Unless u want wo wait over an hour for a cold ass messed up pizza... AUDREY( OR however its spelled ) their " manager" is rude and unprofessional with absolutely no customer service.,refused to give me her name or her bosses name and hung up on me...just plain rude..

I had ordered a few pizzas the other day and had an issue with one of them. Both corporate and the store itself went above and beyond to fix it and I was extremely satisfied. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly as well. Delivery times have always been prompt and courteous.

I did not like the service at all I had a coupon and they didnt even give me what the coupon said I could have and the guy on the phone was very rude and should not be in charge of talking to the customers but even though I didnt get what I wanted the pizza was good

Never ordering from this place, literally took two hours to get my pizza delivered short staff one driver. My pizza was hard from sitting out and my wings burnt and they forgot my ranch. This is redicolous... They need to hire more employees.

Although they have dealt with understaffing issues, they have always made a great pie for us. They are friendly, and the pizza has always been ready when they promised for pickup. Thanks guys for all the great service!

Never thought Id have to microwave the pizza I just ordered!!! They didnt even give me a full cup of sauce for my breadsticks!! Do yourself a favor and order from any pizza place but this one!

Our pizza arrived on time but the spinach was cold, raw and just thrown on top (almost as an after thought) and the pizza itself was raw on the bottom. Pretty unappetizing
