Horrible store...I have been coming here for over 6 months off and on since I live nearby and like to get out on occasion to work. Every single time I come in here, the staff are flippant and loud. They are much more involved in their behind the counter conversations with each other than on cleaning the store, stocking the creamer stand, and making fresh coffee. Some staff are more tame than others, so dont want to generalize. But, there are certainly a few that are very egotistical and annoying. Speaking loudly to one another, slamming cabinet doors, sliding chairs around versus picking them up and moving them, and even attempting to be friendly by yelling at customers leaving "have a nice day" is disruptive to those who are sitting down trying to work or have a conversation. On this day two ladies sitting right in front of me are talking about their mom who was just diagnosed with cancer and the tall bearded Starbucks guy, behind the counter 10 feet away, is giving his opinion to a coworker on what he thinks about the drinking (alcohol) age in other countries- total douche. Miss the Starbucks from back in the day when they asked you your name and wrote it on your cup, got to know you, were polite and considerate of others. Total disconnect with their humble beginnings and why they became successful. All workers should read The Starbucks Experience as part of their training IMHO. This particular store is not classy at all, cluttered, and dirty so will only use in the event of an emergency.

Only been here twice, but both times they have seemed incredibly understaffed. The barista on bar was rude, just generally not friendly... Maybe she just felt over worked and really needed a break, as she immediately left when another individual came on the floor. He seemed nicer, or at least said "there you go" to the waiting customer as opposed to muttering the name of the beverage without so much as looking up, the way the first barista did. As a former Starbucks store manager, Ill admit that I hold partners to a higher standard, but this store has been a disappointment. You could tell the two people working didnt get along well, and nothing like that should ever be so blatantly obvious to the customer. I hope for everyones benefit that they get their staffing worked out.

I feel bad for all of the employees dealing with the obnoxious barista, Jocelyn. Not only is she blatantly rude to her fellow coworkers which is a huge turn off, she is just as rude to customers. I am allergic to dairy so I ordered my drink with soy instead. She seemingly acknowledged that my drink needed to be made with soy and then I watched her pour regular milk... Mistakes happen but I cannot help but feel that her complete disregard was on purpose. Dont give business to this location. Men: be aware, she will call you hun or sweetie whether your wife is with you or not. Its unprofessional and I wont be returning.

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. I have gone regularly out of convenience and put up with painfully slow service and terrible ambiance for months. I refuse go back after the manager made fun of a hearing impairment I have this morning. After waiting over 5 minutes for a cup of coffee, she cackled at my inability to hear in noisy environments and made a rude quip. She also mocked my order. I hung my head and walked away. From now on, I will go to one of the many other coffee establishments in the area. I suggest others do the same.

Love the staff and manager here. Great location. I do wish they could keep the group of people that come in each Sunday and steal all the tables and chairs so they can play UNO at FULL VOLUME and purchase next to nothing. That part isnt great. But the staff, management, and store are always great.

I love this Starbucks. I moved to St. Louis and always meet my friends here when I visit. Its like Cheers, where everybody knows your name... I do wish they would ask for my name. That would make my favorite coffee spot more personable.

I almost always have a great experience at this location. On occasion theyve had issues with a custom drink, but usually they are happy to fix it. Its right between home and work so its perfect to use with mobile ordering.
