I have been going to this location for months. On approximately 9/25/16, I ordered a cup of coffee as usual. When I pulled up to the window to pay; I gave my credit card as usual and the barista greeted, and received it. As I waited, I now heard a manager or co-worker tell the barista that I must swipe my card myself. The barista now told her I said I did not want to swipe. The manager or co-worker went on to tell her that it is the law; and while saying it looking directly at me, that I must swipe it myself. I was stunned at the outright blatant lie. The barista said nothing about my swiping my card or a law. Why are so many choosing to operate in narc mode? The rating is a 0 star. There will be no time that I will frequent this location again.

The shop itself is cute and seems well maintained. However, the staff needs major improvement. I stood at the counter for ten minutes while the baristas worked and all took turns looking at me and making eye contact before turning away and working on something else. I would understand if they were busy and couldnt get away for a minute except a woman came up and stood behind behind me and a barista immediately came to the register and looked past me to ask her what she wanted. I had waited patiently until that point as I work in customer service and understood but the blatant action of purposely ignoring me for no reason was absurd. I wont be coming here again.

Went to this starbucks yesterday on my break upon pulling up to order i was told the computers were down (no big deal right) but then I sat in the drive thru line for more then 7 min because they were finishing all four cars orders in front of me who got all their coffee for free instead of making the people who would be getting free coffee pull in the parking so everyone who wasnt getting free coffee could leave or offering everyone in line coffee. Very poor customer service will be going to dunkin donuts next door from now on

I feel like Starbucks across the board have similar quality when it comes to food and drinks. I can really only judge them on location, service, and speed. This location is extremely convenient for me being right on Sheridan and close to my house. Patio is small but nice as its right across from Sloans Lake. Service and speed are both usually top notch. The drive thru attendants are nice and friendly. Even if you pull into the drive thru and see several cars, it never takes more than a couple minutes.

I live in the Edgewater neighborhood behind this location and so am unfortunately addicted to it, and am there often. Most times the staff are friendly, and occasionally are fake happy ... Im guessing management isnt up to par. The drinks arent ever badly made though. Wait times here can be long especially during peak times.

Drive thru slowest Ive beeen through messed up all three drinks... Had to drive all the way back to store (was gone ten min max) to have a barista give me attitude that i didnt come back faster and they didnt offer a free drink coupon for their mistake causing me trouble of coming back just to get atitude from the staff

I used to live near by while going to school. I often had to get out of the house and really focus. I spent countless hours at this location... studying. The location was always clean... And the staff was pretty nice. I always thought they would get sick of me... but they were so welcoming all the time.

Im a huge Starbucks addict, but this is my favorite store. Employees go above and beyond for customer satisfaction (especially Nick!) and every time I order, I am satisfied, whether Im in a hurry and rushing through the drive through, or have time to stop in and say hi. They even ask if I want my usual! <3

I like the employees at this location. Always super friendly. Unfortunately, the last 2 trips to this location have caused food poisoning. I am not sure what it could have been since the first time I got a frap, and the second a latte, but I will not be back here.

Small seating area on the inside. The patio has a great view of Sloans Lake and downtown Denver but the street noise from Sheridan is so loud!
